“My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

We bumped out several walls and redid the kitchen and a bathroom and added a additonal bedroom to our home in Redondo Beach. For those that don't know, the city of Redondo Beach can be notoriously difficult with plan approvals and Lux was patient and thorough. The remodel was completed in a timely manner and on budget and they stood behind their work - even coming back to fix or correct small issues months later. “It really was absolutely wonderful having My Home Builders transform our never- been-updated kitchen &baths into simply gorgeous, functional, light filled spaces that are now the envy of our family, friends, and neighbors. During our first meeting with Roy, he listened carefully to my color preferences and lengthy wish list in order to come up with a design plan for each of my three rooms. and then, at our next meeting, I was able to view 3D computer images of how the finished rooms would look like, and to say I was astonished to see he'd included every item on my wish list. starting From demo to completion - always ahead of schedule. and by the way - Roy kept us well Informed about every step of the work. This was super important to us. He came early each day to meet with the work crew and us, and was always available by phone / text as well. The project foreman, and his entire crew were super friendly and polite, so it was a pleasure having them in our home each and every day. “First they came and give us an estimate that we really liked, we signed the contract to do the kitchen floors. Before they started the job I ask them to give me a price for the complete kitchen remodeling. again we liked the price and we signed the contract (BTW they helped us with financing the job). during the process we found out the electrical wiring needs to be replaced mike gave us very good price on that so we let them do it. they also gave us 3D design rendering that was great, we actually could see how the kitchen will look like.. Roy Mike and the team where very helpful they answered all of our concerns and even when we change things around they where very understanding and helped us to make our dream come true. we where very impressed when all city inspection pass at the first time. we love how our kitchen came out, it looks amazing like it came out of a catalog, its like living in a mention. we will use Baron construction again to do our roof in the in the near future. they did exactly what they promise and above. we are extremely happy that we choose Baron construction and remodeling to do our kitchen.”

“We got a number of bids to remodel our kitchen and settled on Golden Star Development due to a very good price and Martin, the owner. He seemed genuinely interested in making our kitchen what we wanted and providing helpful advice on small touches that made it even better. His foreman, Juan, and the whole crew were great and in two weeks we had a completely new kitchen. The only delay was our fault as the backsplash tile got stuck in customs (between Canada and the US), but Golden Star was very accommodating, coming back as soon as we received the tile. All in all, very low hassle, excellent price, respectful crew and wonderful job done. Would recommend them to anyone in the LA area.”

“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”
