“I made an appointment at Four Seasons Sunrooms to discuss a sunroom addition to my home. I met with Chris Egner. He had already looked up my address and looked at my house via satellite so he was aware of the layout of the house and yard and was able to offer suggestions right away. My house needed a lot of work and Chris was extremely helpful with ideas about what could be done. He had very different and creative ideas that not only fixed and improved my house but took it to a whole new level. I went from hating my house to absolutely loving it. Everyone that comes here says “wow” over and over. Probably the best compliment was from my friend’s husband who told me, “You know, this isn’t going to go well for me once we get home.” I started out by wanting a sunroom addition and little by little they did my whole house. I couldn’t be happier. Chris said from the beginning that he was more than happy to work with anyone else that was doing work on my house but I quickly learned that I preferred to work with people he normally works with. He has worked with them for a long time and I was always very happy with people he recommended. He was also very helpful with all the decisions that needed to be made, such as fixtures, cabinets, tile, and floors. I never felt like he was pushing his own tastes in design but helping me choose what I like. All the decisions can be overwhelming but Chris made it a lot easier. I’ve never had any work done on my house before and was amazed at what they did to keep the dust, etc. to a minimum. I was also very happy with the way they gave me something to replace what they were going to temporarily take away. They made me a temporary kitchen before they took apart the real one and postponed gutting the bathroom till they were able to put a shower in the downstairs bathroom. I never felt like I “lost” anything during renovations and it was really an enjoyable process. Chris also has an extensive knowledge of current or new products and if they’d be useful in my situation or if not. The people he works with do such quality work and are just nice people. They cleaned up every day before they left and were especially good to my pets which was a great concern of mine. I’m pretty sure my dog is just as happy to see them as me….maybe more. There are shows on TV where people have horrible experiences and had terrible and sloppy work done. I’ve always felt safe with the work they’ve done and know that it’s done right. I’ve talked to people that have done renovations to their home and they said they’d NEVER go through that again. If it would be Chris and his crew, I’d do it again in a heartbeat.”
