“Wetmore & Associates provided high quality work on our project, a two story addition on a very old Victorian farmhouse built in 1887 located in downtown Wheaton. Our project included a new master suite, family room, additional closets, floor refinishing and a new gas fireplace with built-ins. Brian and the Wetmore team worked with us to build our vision, support changes and allowed for flexible options when making selections during the building process. The team did a really nice job tying in the old and new spaces together with comparable molding, hardware and materials to make the new areas flow into the existing rooms of the house. “We hired Bryan to remodel our outdated kitchen. We got several estimates before deciding on Bryan's company. He gave us a written estimate, as well as a detailed step-by-step timeline of when the work would be performed and who would be doing the work. He has a competent project manager who came by at least twice a week to check on the work, and to see if we had any concerns or issues. If for some reason something was delayed Bryan himself called us to explain the delay and to give us a completion date. He helped us design our space and gave us information on where to shop for cabinets, appliances, tile, granite, etc. He worked with us each step of the way. His entire team is professional and respectful of your wants and individual circumstances. A few months after the job was completed we had a concern about something so we contacted Bryan. He came out with his project manager to talk with us, and the very next day he sent one of his best employees out to take care of our concern. He stands by his work no matter the issue or time lapsed from completion of the project. We were very happy with with the job and have been loving our new kitchen.”

“BDS construction did an amazing job "bringing to life" a vision we had for our dining room. Customized beams (workers cut and assembled these outside in the middle of winter!), wainscoting and paint were included in our project. The workers were neat and very "perfectionistic" in their painting technique and in the care taken to keep our home clean while working on the project. It is now my favorite room in the house. in addition, we had immediate help in partially finishing our basement ( to separate play area from utilities) after a house fire. Our home has very low ceilings (home is over 100 years) and we thought we could never finish or partially finish the space. With a small space to work with, BDS framed and put up dry wall including three different types of custom doors to provide access to the furnace, laundry facilities and work space. BDS once again worked with our ideas offering many options design and price. Overall, the work was completed in neat and timely manner, communication was excellent, and the collaboration of ideas for our final design was great!”

“Benvenuti and Stein remodeled our kitchen, raised the ceiling in our dining room, and refinished our hardwood floors. Their entire staff is extremely professional, polite, honest, prompt and clean. One of their design professionals, Kris, was assigned to us for the duration of the 3 month project. Weekly meetings took place so that we were always on the same page as to where the project was in terms of completion and whether any issues needed to be resolved. Any issues that did arise were resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Kris spent many hours with us visiting various suppliers (granite countertops, kitchen and door hardware, appliances). Her advice was very helpful. The level of craftsmanship shown by their carpenters (custom-designed and built cabinetry and onsite carpentry for crown-molding, etc.) is amazing. The project was completed on time and we could not be happier with the outcome. We now have a kitchen, dining room, and hardwood floors that we are extremely proud of. The result is absolutely gorgeous. We recommend Benvenuti and Stein in the highest possible terms. They are simply terrific. We look forward to using them again when it comes time to remodel our basement!”

He was patient, flexible and really listened to what we wanted to do and helped us design the home that would fit our lifestyle. Not having any renovation experience, Vince has been instrumental in helping us throughout the planning and design process.
