“I had a kitchen remodel done last year, and I would unequivocally highly recommend this company. The workmanship was excellent. The project came in right on time and the costs were reasonable. And the best part of working with this company was having the input of Greg Young. He is an amazing designer as well as a reliable, efficient and professional contractor. “Work in progress but so far they have cleaned up after their day's work, on schedule with work. The work has not been completed yet so more to come when it is completed. Update: It's month 7 and while initially work went quickly, things slowed down by month 4. Still some minor fixes left. Have to revise my rosy initial review. Overall poor communication between the design specialist and the project manager.”

“築10年になる自宅のリビング・キッチン・トイレをリフォームしていただきました。１Fはリビングと和室という間取りでしたが、今回、和室をなくしリビングだけにしていただきました。希望として、英国のアンティーク調の部屋をお願いしました。シャンデリアやスタンドの明かりでベージュの壁紙の模様が上品に浮かび上がりとても綺麗です。パープルを基調にしたシックで素敵なリビングを作っていただき、家族全員が落ち着ける場所になりました。リビング横のオープンキッチンは、既成の食器棚を使っていましたが、今回、壁面に備え付けの食器棚を作っていただきました。サイズがびったりでとても使いやすくなりました。また、キッチンに入るところにカーテンをつけていただき、お料理するための秘密の空間みたいになっていて娘と私は気に入っています。トイレはブルーを基調にしていただきました。左右で異なる壁紙を使い、ニッチもつけてくださり、おしゃれなトイレになりました。 安藤さんのインテリアデザインに関する知識、経験は申し分なく、こちらの大まかな要望で期待通りの部屋を作ってくださいました。特に、打ち合わせを念入りにしてくださり、こちらの好み・希望をしっかりくみ取っていただけましたので、安心してお任せすることができました。リフォーム期間もこちらの希望に合わせ、１日のずれもなく予定通り完成してくださいました。また他業者の方とのチームワークも非常によく、気持ちのいい仕事の進め方をされていました。今回、安藤さんにデザインをお願いして本当に満足しています。”

“Prime 1 was the contractor for our 800 square foot addition. They worked closely with us and with our architect to design an addition that met our needs and fulfilled the vision we had in mind. One of our concerns was that the addition should match the period detail of the existing house, and they took every measure to ensure that such was the case. Our foreman was great. You would think he was building the project for himself, because he paid so much attention to every detail. He was always willing to work with us to make changes and listen to our concerns at every stage of the process. The crew was very conscientious and made every effort to minimize the disruption to our daily routine. Space was tight for delivery and staging of materials, but they managed to work within those limitations with little problem. Prime 1 was also willing to let us take on as much of the project as we wanted to do, and they worked with us at great length to keep within our budget. They inspired confidence in us, offering sound advice from experience, and making the venture an enjoyable experience. The finished product is beautiful, and it has been a pleasure to use our new space.”

“新築の建築をした際にお世話になりました。 滋賀県内で断熱性能の高い家を建てられる住宅会社を探していて、こちらの設計士さんがパッシブハウスジャパンの省エネ建築診断士だと知り、相談しました。 ただ断熱材を厚くしただけの家とは違いました。 パッシブデザインの理論で設計されているので、南向きにリビングを持ってきたり、日が入りやすく設計されています。 気密測定も全棟実施しているし、第三者機関のチェックも入っています。 家の性能が良いかどうかは、建ててみないと分からないというのが現実ですが、こちらで建てた家は本当に快適です。 寒がりのため、冬の寒さが我慢できないのですが、エアコンをつけるだけで快適になります。 冬場の暖かさは期待通りのものでしたが、さらに満足したのは夏も涼しいということでした。 さすがに40度近くなる猛暑の日は暑い感じがしますが、前に住んでいた賃貸や実家とは明らかに違います。 冷房用のエアコンは1台しかありませんが、それだけ付けていれば28度くらいになります。 外の気温が35度くらいなので、十分涼しいです！ これくらい快適な家を建てるにはハウスメーカーじゃないと無理かもと思っていましたが、同時期にハウスメーカーで建てた友人の家はここまで快適じゃないそうです。 ハウスメーカーなら大丈夫というわけじゃないみたいですね。 性能重視の方は一度相談されてみると良いと思います。 スタッフさんは親しみやすい感じで、ゴリ押しの営業もないので安心していいと思います。”

“TBS rebuilt our deck, added a screened in porch to the back of the house, and added a porch to the front of the house. They also repaired damage to the basement wall that was discovered during the construction project. TBS completed all the work using high quality material and craftsmanship. The railings on the deck used cabling to provide a clear view of Smith Mountain Lake and were topped with Trex boards to provide a smooth and long lasting surface. The back porch has provided a new and dramatic living area to the house; featuring a panoramic view of the lake and a soaring cathedral ceiling. Our neighbor commented that she had "porch envy" after spending some time on it. The front porch has given the house a much improved appearance and a much friendlier entrance to the house. This is the second project that TBS has completed for us, and they can be counted on for being easy to work with and for providing a high quality and funcional product.”
