“I have hired Haydenville Woodworking and Design twice. This gives an idea of how pleased I am with their work. They redid my master bathroom and the powder room. Each project came out better than I had hoped. Their construction work and their cabinetmaking are excellent. In addition, they were the most pleasant work people I have ever had around. The estimate was very clear and Lance explained all charges in detail. I would not consider using any other company. If you hire Haydenville you will be happy with your project.”

“Design-Build: Renovating the Right Way When we first entertained the idea of remodeling our home we worked with an architect to help us figure out how we could make our house function better. We ended up with drawings and had no idea where to go next. During our search for a builder, we learned about design-build which provides one unified flow of work from initial concept through project completion. We engaged Integrity Development & Construction under a single contract to provide design and construction services. The collaborative relationship we built with Heidi, our designer, and Kyle, our Project Manager, during the design phase set the stage for a smooth and successful project. Heidi and Kyle were extremely patient with us, answering all of our questions and providing us with excellent advice and ultimately a great design that addressed our needs. We spent a good amount of time selecting tile, flooring, paint colors, plumbing fixtures, finishes, etc. that all went into the final scope of work which determined the bottom line contract cost. Because Integrity was responsible for both designing AND building the project, great attention was given to pricing and scheduling in the design phase. The costs of all aspects of the project were taken into account early on in the process; all fees, construction costs, finishes, etc. were accounted for in the contract and the cost would only change if we – the homeowners – made changes. On the first day of demolition, we were introduced to Bert who was our lead carpenter for the entire project. He was at our house every day during the entire renovation. Kyle, our project manager, checked in weekly to review any change orders or to discuss upcoming work that was to be done. Both Kyle and Bert were very responsive to any texts/emails we sent with questions or concerns. Any issues we had were addressed immediately and with perfect aplomb. We worked closely with the Integrity team with a shared goal of completing a successful project. We lived in our house during the entire 4 months of demo and construction. Everyone from Integrity was very respectful of our space leaving the house clean and tidy at the end of each workday. We had a great working relationship with Bert, our carpenter which was important as he arrived at our house at 7 AM each and every day. He was incredibly industrious and kept the project on track. At the end of the project when we looked at our new kitchen and two new bathrooms we felt like we were looking at a high-end design magazine. Attention had been paid to every little detail. And the budget stayed on track – no surprises! Strangely we missed all of our Integrity friends after the project was done. When we are ready for another project Integrity will definitely be our first call. Bottom Line: if you want your project to run smoothly, stay on budget, work with fun and interesting people, call Integrity.”

“Cedar Mill Group is in the process of renovating our two bathrooms. They were both gutted and the layouts were changed. They are a complete remodel firm with computer design and interior decorating help. They were extremely patient as we worked through the design process looking to optimize the limited space we had. Demolition began on schedule and the project is moving along on schedule. This is a long distance remodel and they have been wonderful with keeping us updated on the progress with pictures, e-mails and phone calls.”
Thayne Emrich Design, LLC

“I started using Thayne in 2005 where he designed a 4000 sq ft beachfront home in Mashpee, Ma, in 2011 where designed a 4000 sq ft home in Westwood, Ma. and currently in 2015/2016 where he's designing a 2000 sq foot home. In all three homes, his expert design and his ability to foresee potential challenges and have his design to be perfect at the end of the job is second to none! His ability to choose color schemes, furniture and wall covering is enjoyed by everyone that enters our homes! He's very easy to work with, listens to what we want and very flexible on his view point verses ours and is always available to accept a phone call during the construction and design phases. Obviously, we've had and continue to have positive experiences with Thayne!”

“From design to completion, Steve and his crew did an outstanding job on my new kitchen. The design maximized every usable space, providing us with more storage than we could have ever imagined. The installation crew as well as subcontractors for everything from the floor to ceiling were the tops in their profession. Our Kitchen was completed ahead of schedule and just in time for the holidays. I would not hesitate for a second in hiring SRB Signature Kitchens and Baths for your next project”

“We wanted to remove our old deck and replace it with a larger, multi-step deck almost triple the size and made from cumaru, a Brazilian hardwood. Daniel from Outer Green spent a great deal of time working with us on the designs and providing drawings for me to complete the permit and inspection process with the city. I wanted to take care of the wiring/lighting myself and he made sure that the construction phases lined up with my schedule. The work was completed right on schedule and we could not be more pleased with the deck! We are planning to use Outer Green again this year for a bathroom renovation.”

“Joel did a complete renovation on my main bathroom, stripping it down to the bare bones, including removing walls, and then building it up again. My house is 260 years old and I was very concerned about it fitting in with the rest of the house. Joel did a fabulous job, including refinishing the original pin floor and pine vanity, building a laundry closet and a beautiful corner cabinet for sheets and towels. He did complex tile work and installed all new lighting as well as a new clawfoot tub, toilet and marble top for the vanity. He even helped me pick out new colors for the walls. I highly recommend Joel for all your remodling needs.”
