“HomeMadons, Inc. completed a small job for me. He replaced my laundry room door which was semi-basic. They retrofitted a door that required mortising of hinges and used new hardware. The new door with frosted glass and stencil picture pops the area and really makes it stand out! He and his crew were extremely professional, on-time, and worked within my tight schedule! I would highly recommend them for any work and will be using them in the future!”

“We chose this contractor over several others to renovate the kitchen and bath of our row house on the basis of two considerations: seeing the work he had performed for others, and the thoughtfulness he exhibited in addressing all of the many questions we had about his approach to our specific needs. Although the project is in progress, expect to be completed in about a month, we have been pleased all along the way with the workmanship and obvious appreciation for maintaining a look consistent with an older home. The dialogue has been excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others, and will likely use them again, should we need work done in the future..”

It wasn't just any screened enclosure - it was an A-frame design with a tower leading to a spiral staircase down to our first-floor. They were wonderful to work with -- on time, on budget, with many excellent suggestions on design features from Jean. I would hire them again and recommend them without hesitation.”

“HRHVA was wonderful to work with. They were able to convert our shower into a beautiful roll in one with tile & glass doors. Everyone we came in contact with from HRHVA was professional & did excellent work. Rick Byers made the whole project so easy & he was there to oversee all the work. “We are in love with our new Stone Patio. It was such a pleasant experience working with Rosete Hardscapes. During our first meeting, Rafael Rosete understood what our needs were perfectly and he came up with an even better vision and design than what we had in mind, which completely sold us on the project. This made the quotation phase go much more smoothly. He also accompanied us while looking for Stone material and guided us expertly through the material selection process.The planning, project management and execution of the work was just flawless and very efficient. The crew had thought and planned every minor detail and had the correct tools and equipment for the tasks. It was a much bigger project than we had anticipated. The crew finished the project on time even after we added a few last minute requests. And they were always very professional and helpful while fulfilling the new requests. I would highly recommend these folks who are very skillful in what they do and humble and sincere in their service.”

“Soumitra Banerjee (from Theta Homes) spent numerous hours, architect'ing and providing us with various designs for our new Covered Front Porch. He then went out of way to contact the county to make sure what is and is not allowed. Together we finally came up with the design that met all parameters. He then also went out of way to find the best quality/design materials (with intrinsic details) from suppliers at the best price. We later found that he compromised a little too much on his bottom line profits. Overall, an Excellent Job, Theta Homes!”

“Our choice of a contractor to come in and redo our kitchen and master bathroom came down to two candidates. We ultimately went with Teakwood Enterprises, who was slightly more expensive, but WAY worth it. Not only were all of the workers respectful and professional, but a pleasure to talk to! The whole crew was just really nice. And the job lead was incredibly particular about details for the project. He enjoyed design and shared some of his thoughts with us as we were telling him what we wanted done. We quickly learned to trust his judgment with things like tile patterns and layouts. We loved his design ideas and approved all of them. What was cool, though, was we could tell he wasn't being pushy. And none of them came with additional cost - he just wanted the project to look nice. And it does! These guys did amazing work, and we're so happy we chose him. If there's any future projects we need done, we will definitely be calling Teakwood Enterprises first.”

“I have used Cobblestone Development Group and Josh Romano for 3 different projects. 2 were whole home renovations... Soup to nuts... Systems, baths, kitchen, windows. I cannot speak highly enough about Josh Romano and his company Cobblestone Dev Group. The work came in on budget and the process was a pain free as renovation can be! Josh's eye for DESIGN and FUNCTIONALITY is so helpful. He has a wonderful sense about what the final product will look and feel like. Having someone with an artist sensibility be able to DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT the project as well as help with the overall aesthetic and all those decisions was HUGE. I can't recommend Josh Romano and Cobblestone Development Group highly enough. You will not be disappointed.”
