“This was essentially a gut remodel of a 1900 square foot condominium that is a part time residence for us. My wife and I were very concerned about trying to accomplish the renovation remotely from our full time home. Apollo was one of several general contractors that we interviewed, and I spoke personally with several of Tyler Kestner's references before selecting Apollo. Apollo's clients spoke glowingly about working with Tyler, and I am very happy to say that our experience was equally good. Tyler's budget estimates were very accurate, and the quality of the work was excellent. He had practical suggestions for addressing the few issues that inevitably arise, and he communicated regularly regarding the process and its progress. I have a good deal of experience in homebuilding, having flipped homes and built spec homes as a hobby. We were very lucky to have found Apollo to handle this project for us. “By Design did a phenomenal job with our remodel and design. We didn't really know what finishes and materials we wanted to use and Briana and Brad were not only knowledgeable but helped us understand the process and what to expect. Not only did they help with the design they were able to model everything in 3D so we could see what our home would look like after. Our expectations were blown out of the water. The project was done on time and on budget, and the finishes were better than we could imagine. I will be using By Design for all my future projects they are the best of the best.”

“We are very pleased with the service and results of our master bath remodel. Brandon Holtzman was responsive and willing to explain what was being done and why. He provided a roll-in shower, ADA commode and vanity that has greatly improved the use of this space. He also built pocket doors into the new bath and the walk-in closet. He removed the popcorn ceiling and painted everything. It is beautiful! We will have he and his crew begin on a smaller 2nd bathroom on March 17. We are again looking forward to great results. “My wife and I engaged John Nanke, Nanke Signature Group, to build our home in Hassayampa, Prescott, Arizona. Prior to this big decision we interviewed a number of builders and decided to go with Nanke Signature group due to the quality of homes he had previously constructed, the input from past clients and our overall evaluation that he was an outstanding and reputable builder of custom homes. We could not have been any happier. Our construction and his commitments to the completion of our home could not have been better. In addition, we found his employees and the contractors he utilized during the course of our 22 month construction to be highly professional and a pleasure to work with. Mr. Nanke is a man of his word who takes great pride in his work and he worked with us every step of the way to ensure quality construction within our budget. I cannot recommend Nanke Signature Group any higher than to state we would go back to him again should we ever build another home. He is a good man and a tremendous custom home builder.”
