“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

Our organization worked with Chris over a three year period to design a major renovation to our structure which was over 60 years old and was severely outdated. Chris worked with us to prepare a new site plan, exterior elevations, and floor plan, including a 2D color rendering of the project. Throughout our engagement with Chris, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and resourceful in addressing our concerns and some of the constraints of our project (space, cost). He came to us with creative solutions and ultimately the final product was visually stunning and exactly what we needed from a functional perspective. “I stumbled across the Cypress Hill website when I was looking for a builder. I feel incredibly blessed to have found Cypress Hill Development. Dan Buie of Cypress Hill built a new home for me and I could not be happier with the process and the result. I have three words to describe my home: quality, quality, quality. The quality of the construction at every point was superb. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable, creative, personable, and enthusiastic. Not only is he organized and knowledgeable, but he is very much on top of the budget issues. His background in accounting really comes into play because managing the costs is a challenge. I came into the process knowing virtually nothing; Dan took the time to educate me. He helped me use my limited funds in the most effective manner.
