From the beginning of our working relationship with Jason, he strived to ensure that we were informed of the steps that are required by the province, the steps that were required to build a house, and clearly outlined our allowances. Jason walked us through the building process and streamlined each step for us by breaking it down into sections to ensure that we were informed and included in all the decision-making processes as the build progressed. When Jason had questions on the building plans, designs, changes to the blue prints etc as we progressed with our build, Jason made the time to meet with us to review our changes, identified problems that could result from our changes but offered solutions to ensure we were compliant with codes. We made a lot of changes, and Jason made sure to take the time to ensure we were getting our forever home and that we were extremely happy with the end result. Jason regularly took it upon himself to ensure the quality of workmanship was above and beyond expectations. He has high standards of himself, his employees and his sub contractors. His attention to detail and need to ensure the workmanship is at a high standard was evident at each step of the process.
