“We have used Four Elements for 2 renovation projects now at 2 different homes and would certainly recommend the company for small to large projects. The first was a basement finishing project in 2014 - we started with an unfinished basement and roughed in plumbing in a 2003 home with Four Elements coordinating all trades to frame/drywall/paint/carpentry/electrical/plumbing/installation of carpet and tile. Our project was estimated to take 3 months and was completed within that time frame. We were minimally above budget (I believe it was a couple thousand on 30+) and was in part due to changes that we made as the project went along. The finishing quality was excellent and we were very happy with the completed space (family room, bathroom and small laundry room). Peter (owner) made several excellent recommendations along the way such as the type of lighting to use and was responsive to our comments/suggestions throughout the build. Our second project has just recently concluded and was significantly more complex as it was upgrades/renos throughout a 1960's home on all levels. We installed new exterior doors/window, moved a wall, created a pass thru, painted, installed new flooring, countertops, lighting in the basement, insulation, electrical, and furnace upgrades to name a few. Again, this project was completed on time and very close to our original budget (48+) and was completed within the 2 month time frame Peter estimated. We are very happy with the end results and did not consider using anyone other than Peter and Four Elements for this project based on how well our first experience went.”
