“Luxury Homes suggested some ideas to help control the overall projected cost and was enthusiastic about undertaking this new home project even though fall (2017) was approaching. By the time we had the financing finalized, we "broke" ground on Nov. 2nd. They made amazing progress through the fall & winter. “I hired this company to put a roof on my two story house that had to be cedar shake on it and it had to have new sheathing. This was the third contractor I got an estimate from and they were also the cheapest. The other two contractors bids were $ 18,000 and $ 20,000. Affordable Roofing & Constructions bid was $ 11,000. They saved me over $ 7,000 dollars. All of their employees were very respectful and professional. The roof looks amazing. They were also very considerate of taking care of my landscaping. They cleaned my yard so well I couldn't tell they had even been their. I highly recommend this company to anyone. If I ever need another roof this is who I'm going to call.”
