“I would highly recommend Tom [SENSITIVE INFORMATION HIDDEN] and the team at TRP Construction for any of your building needs. They recently remodeled two floors in my condo. I had never done this before and I was anxious about the process and having workers in my home, but they made it very easy. He and Christina listened carefully to what I wanted and quickly came back with a well-organized plan, dealt patiently with the condo association's requirements (not an easy task), obtained permits, and got to work. On the first floor, they removed a knee wall, added crown molding, updated the lighting and other electrical elements, and painted. In the basement, they added a new bathroom with a shower, a laundry area, a living area, and a bedroom. I love my new home! Tom and the team were courteous, punctual, prioritized communication, and very careful about cleaning up after themselves. I would be happy to work with them in the future.”
