Design-Build Contractors & Firms Near Hidden Meadows

“I was not at all happy with this company until they came under new ownership. The previous owner was less than forthcoming and made a lot of promises that were never kept. All of the other people here at this company were great to work with. We kept having to deal with repeated delays and different sub-contractors and it took over 6 months to build a 600 sq ft ADU. I had already contacted my attorney and was getting ready to file suit when I found out the company had been sold to Boss Construction. After Boss took over, it was an entirely new and refreshing experience. They jumped right on it and finished everything within a few weeks. The owner of the company, Brandon, was a pleasure to deal with and did everything he said he would do. The new project manager, Joe, that took over our project, was also refreshing to work with. He came out and saw what needed to be done and had everything completed within a few days. I would definitely now give this company the highest of recommendations. What started out as a prolonged and frustrating experience was turned into a pleasant one by the new owner and his team.”

“Our experience with Streamline Construction was wonderful! Our remodel was down to the studs and included, new electrical, plumbing, roof, some changes to the floorpan, as well as demolishing an old family room addition built on a raised foundation, laying a new foundation and rebuilding it to match the roofline of the rest of the house. We also worked with Streamline on redoing all of our exterior hardscape and softscape. Streamline handled all phases of the project, starting with architectural plans and design through completion of the landscaping. The entire team, including subcontractors, were truly a pleasure. Everyone was very respectful of our neighbors and the rules of our HOA. They were accommodating of any special requests and genuinely wanted to ensure that we were happy with every aspect of the final result. Stress is unavoidable during such a large project, but Jason and his team handled any issue that arose with professionalism and with the benefit of decades of experience. Jason's extensive experience added so much value for us, and allowed us to avoid undue worry. Codi handles billing and paperwork and she is extremely organized and responsive. The entire team provided us with a far better experience than we could have imagined, and we are thrilled with our home. We highly recommend and trust Jason and the Streamline team.”

“Wow, I really don’t know where to begin. Well I will start off with, not only was I lucky enough to get to work with one Leising, but I worked with two Leising professionals. Chad Leising sold my previous home for me and then sold me the property where I later built my new home with Jimmy Leising of Leising Builders. Both men have incredible integrity and take pride and ownership in everything they do. My experience with Leising Builders was like having a family member build my home. Jimmy was on top of everything and kept me informed of all that was going as my home was being built. I have to say, building a home during COVID19 was not easy; so many things were on back order and then got pushed out further or materials were not even available; but Jimmy was persistent and kept on getting my home built. I was building my custom home by myself; well not really, because Jimmy helped me every step of the way. It was not easy, there were so many decisions and deadlines to meet and sometimes it could be so overwhelming for one person; but Jimmy was always there with words of encouragement and help and suggestions. He went way over and beyond what anyone would ever expect a contractor to do. Like I mentioned previously, it was like a family member was building my home. Everyone that worked for Jimmy, knew his high level of expectations and standards. Most of the people that worked for him had been in business with him well over 10 years. Every time someone came into may home, wether it be an electrician or a painter or a cabinet maker, they knew not to come into one of the homes Jimmy was working on, without putting shoe coverings on so not to carry dirt to the home. All of the people that worked on my home, were also very professional and friendly. Jimmy introduced me to everyone and I knew them all on a first name basis. They all were hired by Leising Builders because Jimmy knew that they to carried the same high level of standards that he too believed in. Jimmy watched over and managed the building of my home as if it the home that he would be moving into, not just a home that he was building. I can’t believe I am now in my beautiful custom home, it looks even better than I imagined it would in my mind. I would highly recommend Leising Builders for absolutely all of you building needs; whether it be starting from the ground up or for a home remodel. Trust me when I say, you can feel at home with Leising Builders!”
