“Contacted Mjolnir Construction for a backyard deck build. Kerry listened to my project ideas and further educated me in patio/deck designs and options l had in enhancing on my idea and keeping in mind a reasonable budget to the project. He reinforced and commended me on what my plans were and how this addition to my backyard would definitely optimize its use and add to the equity of my home. I had contacted 4 other contractors from my area and from the beginning Kerry, the owner, was very professional, easy to talk to, provided a very competitive and comprehensive quote and when l added a few extra changes mid-build, he was accommodating, fair and reasonable with the final cost. I had told him this deck was being built with the two raised garden beds attached on each side, sort of as a tribute to my Dad and Mom. My Dad passed first and Mom very recently. My Dad loved gardening...took pride in it. Mom helped, especially in preserving those vegetables. I wanted to get back to my Italian roots. When the deck/boxes were completed, Kerry surprised me with matching plaques, one for each side with my parents name. "Giardino di Stefano" on the right box and "Giardino di Maria" on the left box. Translated from Italian it means Garden of....The complete Deck project also included updating an existing upper balcony/deck and adding new railing. I have received many compliments on my new deck from friends, neighbors and family. Many have commented on the personal touches and attention to detail Kerry had given to the project.
