“We originally hired Mosaik Design to do some simple updating of cabinets and lighting in our kitchen. During the demolition of the cabinets a piece of flawed granite was discovered and we decided to proceed with a totally new kitchen design which enhanced and changed our main living area. From the creative design of the new floor plan to the finished project, the Mosaik team was professional and easy to work with. They stayed on schedule and used top notch subcontractors. We are extremely happy with the work they did for us and highly recommend them.”

“Design and execution of remodel that opened kitchen and separate dining room into large open kitchen/dining area. At design level worked well with owners to develop plan. Very knowledgeable regarding materials, as well as up to challenges presented by some aspects of original design, such as ceiling heat that constrained lighting choices. “As a graduate architect, I am glad I contacted Therese to do a number of projects around my house this past year. She had designed my kitchen in years past, so I knew what a treat it is to work with her. In these more recent projects, we added a solar array and battery wall, replaced the roof, designed and installed an additional cabinet to match the existing kitchen cabinetry, and made impressive updates on a screened porch to make it more functional and attractive, among other improvements. I also like that she does not try to do cookie cutter responses to the design program. Therese is knowledgable and works with top notch trades people to get the job done right. She is responsive to my concerns and is very attentive to detail. Her fees and the cost of my projects were substantially more reasonable than when I have used another premium contractor in the past. I'm a little 'house poor' right now, but I'm already dreaming with Therese about some future projects.”

“Our job was a complete remodel of our kitchen which included moving a wall and completely gutting the flooring in the kitchen, entry, laundry and second bathroom. We had a heated tile floor, custom designed cabinetry, recessed ceiling lights, appliances, windows and countertops installed. Nathalie Pillsbury listened to our "wants", made recommendations, met us for many product decisions, addressed our concerns and inevitable changes and was genuinely involved in our project. Mike Roloff hired excellent subcontractors, so that the finished product is outstanding. (Of particular note was the amazing "granite guy", Michael Ambrose, of De La Tierra Stoneworks). This company obtained the necessary permits and held to an agreed upon written timeline. All in all, a very satisfying, albeit disruptive as any remodeling/construction project is, experience. Kudos!”

They were quick to come up with great ideas for our design, when we were on a time crunch, and we were so thankful we reached out to them! Then, when we got stuck on some finishes, Jenny was a lifesaver to come in and help us find things that would work, when we weren't totally sure what we were looking for.
