“I could not be happier with the bathroom and minor kitchen remodel that Chi Renovation & Design did for me. After shopping around for a little bit, I decided to go with them because they were the most professional and genuine when I met them for an estimate. I was impressed from the very beginning by how responsive they were. Normally, I hate it when I need to “work” for a company to get back to me or just correspond in general. But all of my phone calls and emails were returned within half an hour, which for a company in this industry, I can say from past experiences is really rare! Overall the quality of their work is very good. I have seen and worked with other contractors, and I have found Chi Renovation & Design's work to be much better. I particularly liked that they assigned a designer to my project. This was included in the cost. They showed me samples, so I could pick out all the materials. The designer was really good, and I have a beautiful bathroom and kitchen as a result. The proportions are all perfect, and everything is very functional. They were extremely competent and good at what they do. The professionalism of everyone I've worked with was remarkable. Lior has a lot of experience and was able to give me lots of cost-efficient and creative suggestions on what he thought would work for my space. He re-did my entire bathroom and knocked down a wall in our kitchen. He was very patient with answering all of my questions and thorough with the initial estimate he gave. One suggestion in particular proved to be extremely helpful and that was his advice to knock down a wall that was creating an awful divide in our kitchen. Once we got rid of it, the kitchen transformed into a much more open and sophisticated space. Another thing I was very pleased with was how timely and neat they were, I really appreciated that. I trusted having them around and they did an excellent job. I'm very happy with everything and would definitely recommend them”

“Great Rooms remodeled the entire first floor of our home. They gutted the entire kitchen, converted our existing office into a mud room with a large laundry area and changed our dining room into our new office/craft room. Heath, the project manager, did a fabulous job overseeing all of the work from start to finish. He visited daily and answered all of our questions. He provided us with a detailed schedule, which was followed almost exactly. That helped make our family life easier since we were living onsite during the renovation. Heath made sure that all of the contractors did a thorough job- he was even more meticulous than we were on some of the details. Katlyn, the designer, met with us to pick out the colors, finishes, styles and details throughout. We worked closely with her to pick out the cabinetry layout and design. She met us at all the vendor locations including appliances, tile, counters, cabinets and plumbing fixtures. She understood what we liked and provided choices that matched those and were within our budget. She was also able to provide a variety of ideas when we were undecided. She took special care to make sure all of us, including our daughter, had our ideas incorporated into the finished project. We will definitely use Great Rooms again on our next remodeling project.”
