“Hines Homes Team, thank you for making my 6-year-old dream a reality! Soon after purchasing my lot, I began designing on my own plan. I had other houses built, but this one was extra special as it is the last house I plan to build. After 6 years, I had a sketch of the floor plan and a well-defined list, including pictures, of what I wanted inside and out. Turning over my dream to someone could have been daunting, but not with Hines Homes! In truth, I wouldn’t have even been able to build without their help! They took my sketch and ideas and developed a building plan that incorporated my every thought. During the build, they allowed me to be involved in each detail, advised me when I was uncertain about choices, and informed me in a timely manner when things needed changing. They answered questions about costs, other choice options, and helped me stay within a budget limit – not an easy task with delays in building materials and raising costs. It was a “well-oiled” team effort and a successful experience for me! They were responsive to all communications making the process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible!
