“Last year, my husband and I inherited his childhood home. The house was old and had many issues, so we decided to COMPLETELY renovate it. Max Wolf was the contractor from Concept Renovations that we initially consulted with and who ultimately spearheaded the huge project for us. We told Max our list of wants and he and his team delivered beyond our satisfaction. Our home looks and feels like a brand new home! Not only was Max's team amazing at their job, they were quick. After the initial waiting period for permits, demolition began on July 29, 2024, and by February 2025 we were all moved in to our beautiful "new" home. Our renovations included stripping the house down to the studs, then adding ~1,200 additional square feet of living space which includes a master bathroom with his & hers walk-in closets for the primary room, a downstairs guest suite complete with its own living room and bathroom, a bonus room and an office, as well as extending two existing bedrooms and adding walk-in closets to both. We also got all new plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Walls were removed downstairs to create a HUGE open concept kitchen/living room and a porch & brand new walkway were added to the front of the house. We are sooooo happy with results and with the work that Max and his team did, and we would highly recommend Concept Renovations for your project - big or small.”

“Tom is a genius of design. Let me explain. We interviewed several highly-recommended contractors before hiring Tom. None of them really listened to what we wanted. None of them were willing to share even rough ideas without a huge retainer. Tom looked at our backyard, listened to our needs, saw the potential, and sketched out a plan on the spot, including an outdoor kitchen, a grove of fruit trees, stairs, going down the hill, an outdoor dining area and a separate fire pit lounge area, a separate chaise lounge chair area, a magnificent pergola with retractable roman shades and new Panoramic Doors to create a flowing indoor/outdoor space. He provided a detailed budget. He delivered beyond what he said he would -- on time and on budget. Everything was beautiful and practical. I've had many compliments on the concrete work. We're over two years past completion and everything has held up well -- no cracking, no flooding, no fading. Tom's a perfectionist and suggested many minor changes along the way that made a huge difference. For example, when the color we picked for our outdoor bar wasn't quite right, he suggested a different color and repainted it without charge. It was a great improvement. He added outdoor lighting we hadn't considered and made some changes to the side fences that tied the whole look together. When some plants didn't take, he replaced them promptly with others that worked better. All told, he took a ramshackle yard that hadn't been touched since the 1970s and turned it into a contemporary masterpiece -- we think so and so do all our guests. I wouldn't use anyone else.”
