Design-Build Contractors & Firms Near Maryville

“Infinity Construction was one of 4 contractors we engaged with to bid on our remodel. Kennon was the only one who showed up promptly, and he brought an interior designer with him. Over the next couple of weeks, Kennon also brought by a plumber, an electrician, and a structural engineer to verify his assumptions, all before I paid him a penny or committed to anything. We did end up paying a fee for creating plans, however, this fee included detailed CAD drawings, a full Gant chart of the schedule, and Kennon's assistance driving around to pick out all of the materials and hardware needed for our project. Ultimately I'd happily pay this fee again, it really set the tone for the whole effort. Our project was approximately 6 months long, and we stayed in the house the entire time. Infinity made sure at the end of EVERY SINGLE DAY they laid down runners to walk on, vacuumed, cleaned up, and made sure we had water/power for the evening. The subs were polite, professional, high quality, and local. I wouldn't hesitate to use any of them again. Probably the most impressive thing overall on this project was that despite it being 6 months long and very complex, it was completed within 1 week of the initial estimated finish date and right in the middle of that budget range we had been given. Every month we got detailed invoicing that very clearly spelled out what was happening. Kennon also showed up multiple times a day every day to ensure things were going exactly as planned. I've owned this house for almost 30 years. We've had a number of contractors working on different parts of it, but Infinity Construction was like discovering first-class airline travel after taking Greyhound my whole life. Just an incredible experience with a company I will absolutely use again.”

“What more can I say--I LOVE MY HOUSE! Brian, so kind and patient, took my floor plan drawings and professionally turned them into code compliant specs (Inspections were a breeze to get through). He also made helpful suggestions to incorporate into my plan to enhance the overall usefulness and aesthetics of the house. Alan was a very patient contractor to this first-time home builder. He has a great personality and was such a help to me in making various decisions since my husband passed away at the very beginning of the project. Alan also has a special gift of selecting the nicest tradesmen and suppliers you could hope to work with. I had several unusual projects to incorporate into my house, and Alan had the skilled carpenters on his staff as well as through his professional contacts to complete them. Jordan was a pleasure to work with to get my kitchen layout finalized and cabinets ordered. I loved visiting with her dog in the office. When Josh was onsite, he was able to calm my nerves and assure me everything would be OK and he was right. He was so helpful to explain in detail what was going on and why. Noble Knights Construction truly was a pleasure to work with to make my dream a reality. You know you have made the right decisions when the tradesmen and suppliers take photos of their handiwork and products in a custom-built home.”

“Hello and please note that I HATE dealing with contractors!!! You name the bad experience....I've had it, With that said, I can NOT recommend Shayne House (owner) of C3 Construction highly enough! Did exactly what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it, and charged exactly what he said he was going to charge! Also, he and his guys were a total pleasure to deal with from the first moment of the initial bid meeting/walk-through to the completion of my awesome new deck. Project was done with excellent craftsmanship, was completed ahead of the projected end date, they epitomized professionalism, AND the amount that he bid was EXACTLY what he charged. Unreal.”
