“We hired TreHus to remodel two bathrooms and two closet areas and we are extremely pleased with the result. Our concerns with hiring a contractor were: Our old bathrooms and closets really didn’t suit us in terms of how we wanted to use the space (the shower was too small, no shower in the master bath, etc.) so we really needed someone who give use what we needed without increasing the footprint of our house. We wanted someone who could keep to a schedule. We had to use our basement bathroom during construction, which was really inconvenient, so we didn’t want have unnecessary delays due to poor planning. We wanted high quality workmanship and finishes. We wanted someone who could guarantee their work and not leave us high and dry with unresolved issues.. We had never done a major remodeling project before so we really needed design help making all the decisions about plumbing fixtures, tile, paint, etc. We wanted the new bathrooms to be attractive, of course, but we also wanted everything to be functional and durable. I have to say TreHus exceeded my exceptions on all of the issues above. In the area that was remodeled, everything was taken down to the studs except for the plumbing stack and the new floor plan is brilliant. We have everything we wanted (including a huge new shower) and nothing feels cramped although we only expanded the space a little by taking a foot or so off the master bedroom. Trehus was able to give a detailed project schedule before we started, showing when each sub was supposed to arrive. Although there were some delays beyond TreHus’s control, such as when the carpet manufacturer shipped the wrong carpet, Trehus has such good relationships with their subcontractors that they were able to get back on track quickly. All of the workmanship was high quality—TreHus has carpenters on staff and uses very professional subcontractors. At the end of the project, they made a punch list of all of the details that needed to be fixed, and methodically worked through it until everything was perfect . We are really pleased with how attractive our new bathrooms are, and it’s a joy to use them—like going to a spa! So, in conclusion, we feel very lucky to have been able to have TreHus do our project, and would definitely use them again.”

“Our first project with Mom's Landscaping and Design was a total backyard redo in 2007 with a swimming pool, pond, fire pit and fireplace, new deck, and beautiful landscaping. Mom's has provided pond maintenance for us since then. We have been extremely happy with the results of this project. We spend a lot of time enjoying the space and consistently receive compliments from visitors. In 2014 Mom's landscaped the front of our house, with beautiful new plantings, a boulder bubbler, a front entry walk with stone pavers and a stone paver driveway apron. Mom's also improved our site drainage with the addition of gutters and downspouts directing water runoff into an underground tile system which discharges away from the house. Throughout the years we've turned to Mom's for on-going outdoor needs, such as tree replacement and arborist services. We value their advice and never feel that they push too hard to sell their services. This year Mom's even did our Christmas decorations. After meeting with a few other landscapers in 2007, we're glad we chose Mom's. They are consistently professional, fun, clean, courteous, visionary, and excellent communicators.”
