“Doug and Dez own and run Noble Heritage Builders. Doug has been building homes in the Verde Valley for years and has a strong relationship with great sub-contractors who handle everything from electrical, plumbing, grading and excavation to roofing and tile and granite. Doug uses his own framing and finishing guys who are all top quality. Doug works on the old fashioned principal that his word is his bond. I highly recommend them.”

“I used Artitexture primarily for a master bath remodel but also included additional design upgrades to my living room and guest bath. What set this experience apart was the collaboration between the designer and myself in each phase of the project. My ideas and preferences were incorporated and enhanced well beyond my capabilities with a spectacular outcome that I am thrilled to have in my home and show off to others. Actual completion date varied only slightly from initial deadline projection and project was within projected budget. The designer/owner was respectful of my time, seemed to enjoy including me in and teaching me about the various aspects of the project, and suggested unique ideas that reflected my own taste preferences with her creative flair that produced a one of a kind outcome.”

“Simone designed a house for us in Sedona, Az. He works incredibly hard, is extremely honest and never ever lets his ego get in the way. Simone always listens, returns emails and calls promptly and is very respectful of our time. He delivers way more than contracted for and won't quit working until you are totally satisfied. Combining his work ethic with phenomenal design talent makes for an ideal home designer. He is so good with details and interior spaces that we were thrilled when he detailed out every elevation of every wall inside the house as part of his normal contract. Anything I want to build I will have him design - from a outdoor fire pit to a cool vanity or inside bench. Bottom line- in my opinion Simone is a great find - the combination of talent, hard work, delivering more than expected and his great personality offered up at a competitive rate is a hard combination to beat.”

“Pantheon builders did the job quickly and within price expectations. They could have done a little better on the quality control specifically with paint and Drywall. I would suggest that a change order policy be used to make sure that you are well informed about costs when you make changes.
