“My husband and I had a great experience working with Eric Baker on the design of our house. We were planning to relocate from NY to CT and engaged Eric as our architect after we acquired land in mid-2019. Eric listened carefully to what we wanted and reflected it beautifully in the plan, but also included wonderful features we would never have thought of on our own. We looked forward to our meetings with him and seeing each new iteration of our plan. Unfortunately, COVID happened shortly after we began working with Eric and, as everyone knows, construction costs and material shortages made building very challenging. Ultimately, we made a decision not to build the house, but not before Eric worked very hard and collaboratively to help us make the project work.
