Our 25 year old condo in Fairfax was ready for a full renovation in the kitchen and two baths, and a complete update with fresh paint, floors, lighting, ceiling fans and hardware throughout the other rooms. We met with David Jordan and Shelley, his design director for an initial consultation where they asked lots of questions to understand our desire for the space, our tastes and our ultimate objective. Then Dave and his team went to work developing ideas and and a proposal for our home. A few weeks later, we met again and they presented conceptual ideas, design alternatives, cost estimates and a preliminary plan to transform our home. At this point, it was an easy decision to select them for the project and this was the beginning of a very positive experience with Jordan Design and Build. Throughout the process Dave and his team were very thorough and customer focused as they guided us through various decisions and all the selections of cabinets, tile, flooring, appliances, lighting, hardware, doors, paint colors, etc. They developed a comprehensive plan for the entire process, meticulous drawings for permitting and construction, and a detailed schedule for all the stages of work and different trades that would be involved. Remarkably, the project took place from February to June 2021 in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic, but stayed on schedule and finished on time. And most importantly, Dave and his team managed every aspect of the project and every single detail while keeping us informed every step of the way.
