The project was originally scheduled to take 5 weeks but took 7 but without hesitation or doubt they were reassuring of the project and the added duration. I highly recommend using Myers Construction LLC for any project I wish I had more projects for them to do. But I will be using them again on the future.”

“Classic Remodeling built a screened in porch and deck. They took care of everything: from recommending the design, securing the permits and approvals, managing the subcontractors. They carefully demolished the tiny screened in porch that came with our house and tripled the size (adding ~ 500 square feet), added a gas fireplace and space for a tv. They used quality materials and were perfectionists in completion of the construction. They stayed within the agreed to budget and delivered a high quality porch and deck in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Classic Remodeling for all home renovation and improvement projects.”

“Per plan, on budget and on time! I hired Arnett Construction for an extensive rehab/remodel of an 1860 Charleston Single. All walls inside and out were taken down to the studs and rebuilt, all systems (electric, plumbing, HVAC) were replaced, 2 1/2 bathrooms were added and a room addition was built at the back of the house to become the kitchen. During the entire project, I found Travis Arnett to be on top of things, managing the project, the subcontractors and the city inspections very well. I particularly appreciated Travis's approach to unforeseen problems. His solutions were always sensible and practical. The quality of the tradesmen on his payroll (framing and carpentry in particular) are a tribute to his company. Travis is also very knowledgeable about local resources (kitchen designer, appliance, tile suppliers etc...) and will spend time to assist you navigating the endless options. I will not hesitate to hire Arnett Construction for another project. Job very well done!”
