We were planning to relocate from NY to CT and engaged Eric as our architect after we acquired land in mid-2019. Eric listened carefully to what we wanted and reflected it beautifully in the plan, but also included wonderful features we would never have thought of on our own. We looked forward to our meetings with him and seeing each new iteration of our plan. Unfortunately, COVID happened shortly after we began working with Eric and, as everyone knows, construction costs and material shortages made building very challenging. Ultimately, we made a decision not to build the house, but not before Eric worked very hard and collaboratively to help us make the project work. “Keith Kling of Kling Brothers Builders donated his time, materials, and valuable expertise to assist me in the completion of my Eagle Scout project, which was a floating dock on a pond in Newtown, CT. Initially, Keith provided assistance in refining the design of the dock so that it met building standards and was sturdy enough for heavy use by kids. He also advised me regarding the types of materials I would need and the proper techniques for building the dock. He even got his hands dirty helping to pour the concrete footers and installing the dock at the pond. Keith's expertise and generosity were extremely valuable and helped me bring my project to life.”
