Noor Construction Inc.
3D Rendering Companies in Sacramento
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsApril 10, 2026
“5 stars all the way! Omar saw our "complicated" project, and let us know he could do it and was happy to take on a challenge. We are very happy with Omar and his company. I have done a lot of work over the years and am happy to say that if you live in this area, he is your guy. He was fair and honest from the get go. The price he gives you is the price you will pay. I never received any surprise "change orders". As contractors go, Omar was VERY open and communicative. No problems ever getting him or his crew on the phone. He had great suggestions on all things we discussed. Always seemed to know a lot about his work and various things people like. The project was a big one, and I am super happy with how fast it went. He even got started for us over Thanksgiving and Xmas, and his crew would show up on Saturday or Sunday sometimes to keep on working (which was fine with us!). There were no subcontractors involved... everything was through Noor Construction. If we had any minor issues that needed correcting, Omar would come and look at it and tell his crew what to do. We really appreciate the details, crown molding and trim was superbly done, and the tile was just amazing, we are very impressed with his team. I mean seriously anyone who has attempted to do crown molding in the past knows what I am talking about. For details if you've made it this far, our story: Where shall I start. I suppose we start with the idea: build a bedroom in the second floor space of our "great room" which has really tall ceilings... like 30 feet plus. So basically add a bedroom in the second story "empty space" above the first floor. Easy right? Well, after getting ghosted by several contractors, I finally called Omar. He informed he thought we were probably getting ghosted because the architect had told him that footings were needed to support this new bedroom which would be sort of like an island in the middle of the house. We live on a hill, so these support columns would have to go through the first floor, basement, and then under the house. This added to the cost, but we really wanted a bedroom in that space. Omar gave me a price. I told him no thanks, the cost came in higher due to the footings needed. After a few weeks, we talked it over, changed our minds. We really needed the bedroom. I called him, thinking "gosh he probably won't want our work". Omar came back, no change in price, same deal as before, he didn't even bat an eye, he was ready to go, and this was like 4 weeks later after I told him no. So yea, it was project that I was told was too much for people, everyone didn't want to go get permits or deal with the footings... Omar told us what to expect and stuck to the plan. He dealt with the County and the inspector always came and said even himself "these guys know what they are doing". We passed all inspections. Omar even was super flexible about adding things to the project as we went along.”

“The way of MAK is quality, transparency, and efficiency. With MAK, they helped achieve our vision of updating our almost 100 year old home to exude a more modern presence while still maintaining some of its old, good bones. It was our first time ever doing this type of thing and every step of the way we felt confident and comfortable that MAK was doing right on our behalf. The culture that Ken, and likely others, have crafted at MAK is truly amazing and refreshing in this day-in-age. Every employee is gracious, courteous and smiling. From our perspective as the client, the bankroll, it is easy to state that we were treated as first-class citizens . But even more marvelous to see was how positively MAK interacted with the community, neighbors, and sub-contractors. The MAK culture is firmly present from within but emanates to those around which, for us, produces a better product. A great amount of appreciation was amassed at the end of the project. Our 3D renderings truly matched real-life and we were able to be apart of all the little decisions, this was our choice, that went into that achievement since a remodel, especially on an older home, is very different from a fresh build. Sure, we stumbled a bit, but it's the nature of the beast. It's our modest opinion that if MAK were not involved, the cost of the project would have been 50% more (at least) and taken twice as long to complete. And again, the quality of the project produced simply does not compare. We didn't live on-site while the project was in progress but we did visit often, if not daily. To maybe part of MAK's annoyance but hopefully to their benefit, we got to know some really great people. The company as a whole contributed to the home our family now to thrives in; however, we have memories and faces to go with some of the success stories we walk by everyday. We will always be grateful and never forget: * Jon's craftsmanship when it comes to to milling custom shelves while wearing formal attire * Sammie's ability to crawl through holes and find treasures in crawlspaces * Aldo's insane dance moves and unlikely capabilities to bend iron bars * Carter's mason work on the fireplace * Robert's tenacity toward setting and fixing doors, even if it takes 20 attempts (still waiting on 21) * Matt K's ungodly appetite for breakfast burritos * Judel's ability to reframe an entire house * Chuckie's inability to do absolutely nothing positive for the project (j/k he basically did everything) * Carlos's constant and enduring lifting of the veil If we have to do a full remodel again, which I hope we don't, we would, without question, go with MAK. For future projects, we would chose MAK. For anyone asking us for recommendations, we say MAK. Everyone needs a little MAK in their home!”
HOUSEIDEA

“Last year, we began a project to add some additional living space under our existing home. We found a designer and then obtained bids from three different contractors including HouseIdea. We narrowed the choice down to two and ultimately chose HouseIdea because the owner, Vall, confidently explained how they would install the new beams that were essential to supporting the existing house. Vall was personally involved from the beginning. He made some excellent suggestions that would utilize our space more efficiently. For example, he suggested moving the door to the bathroom to another wall as the original design would cause us to lose usable space in the living room area. He noted that our siding should be replaced since there was no moisture barrier in the original construction done almost 40 years ago. Vall listened to us and also helped us to redesign the kitchen and bedroom. All of his suggestions resulted in a better outcome for us. His on-site team, led by the Project Manager (Toni) were always helpful, friendly and professional. They always showed up on time and worked a full day, leaving the jobsite clean and safe. They listened to our numerous questions and patiently answered all of them. The bottom line is that the final product is outstanding and exceeded our expectations. This addition has undoubtedly increased the value of our home, and more importantly provides the additional utility space that we were seeking. I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking quality craftsmanship at a reasonable price.”
