“I recently completed a kitchen remodel using Teknik construction. This is the 4th or 5th project they have completed for me over the past 4-5 years. They have done interior and exterior work for me. They finished AHEAD of schedule, the workmanship is amazing, on budget - discussing any up charges ahead of time allowing me to make a decision, helped me with color, decorating, and material choices, kept me from making stupid choices, cleaned up every day, I could go on and on. Over the 4 years, I've seen the same guys on the job. They are always respectful of me, my home, my family and my pets! I cannot say enough about Kevin and his team @ Teknik construction.”

“We raised our family in the same neighborhood over 26 years. Our home yearned for updating. Some goals were: eliminate fall risks from multi level flooring, make downstairs bathroom senior safe, open up family room and brighten up downstairs with new doors and windows. We chose Marrokal because of their impeccable reputation. We did not seek other bids because ours would be the 7th Marrokal remodel project in our small cul-de-sac. All our neighbors praised their work. The Design Team exceeded our expectations and incorporated creative innovations into our home AND helped us stay within our budget. The production phase required a bit of oversight, but this job, remodeling all of the downstairs, was completed on time in 5 1/2 months. We lived in our home during the project and Marrokal always kept the job site clean! The caliber of subs was top notch. The final product turned out fabulous! Finally, we rarely need to utilize our extended warranty due to the quality of workmanship, nothing breaks! There is no doubt in our minds that we will hire Marrokal for future projects. You should too!!”

“Review of Mathis Custom Remodeling: We contracted with Phil Mathis in August, 2004 to completely remodel our master bath. The price was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. We selected Phil to remodel our second bath in November, 2006 - a major undertaking. Good price and another excellent job! Just recently (January, 2013), we had Phil modernize our living room, dining room, hallway and entryway. Not only does Phil do excellent work, he has also provided us with design ideas and advice. “My husband and I hired Jackson Design to completely remodel our kitchen/dining area. Their design was incredible from the architecture to the colors and they incorporated the things we love to do (sailing, entertaining, and the outdoors) into the design. Their contractors were amazing. The project manager, Lord Shaw, was so kind and caring. He called us the evening of the complete demo to make sure we were comfortable and okay and see if we had any questions. That set the tone of the remodel. Every step of the way, Jackson's people were there for us, listening to us and working with us. I think Jackson Design is as proud of the kitchen as we are. They have featured us in their calendar and in their semiinars. They have received awards for the work, it was featured in the newspaper and will be in San Diego Magazine in November. Needless to say, we are absolutely thrilled and we really love our kitchen!”

“Seth Larson was amazing to work with!!!! Seth is very talented and very professional. We briefly described to Seth what we were looking for as far as the master bathroom and master bedroom. Seth came back with a design that was beyond our dreams. He gave me the perfect closet, bedroom and my absolutely favorite of them all....my master bathroom. He gave me the spa-like master bathroom that I absolutely love! Even after a year and a half of being in our newly remodeled home, I still can't believe that this "spa" is my very own bathroom!!!
