“With our old house (1927), I knew there would be unforeseen issues when replacing with new windows, doors, and siding. It was important to have a quality contractor that has worked on many, many older houses in the past, and a team that does the work themselves. I've seen the old (and new) houses DDBR has remodeled. I knew they valued energy efficiency and 'doing it the right way' vs doing the quick and easy way. As predicted we ran into several issues that would affect quality, efficiency, structure, and water tightness. The Degnan team talked us through what was going on and how they proposed to correct it.
