“Nehemiah Construction exceeded all of my expectations! From the very beginning, they made the insurance restoration process so much easier by walking me through every step of my insurance claim and answering all of my questions. Their knowledge and professionalism gave me peace of mind during a stressful time. The construction crew was outstanding. They were always punctual, courteous, kind, and respectful of my home. The work was completed quickly, the job site was kept clean, and the workmanship was excellent. I was also very impressed with the packing and moving team. They carefully packed and removed my belongings before the work began, and when everything was finished, they returned every item to its exact place. Their attention to detail and care for my home was exceptional. I highly recommend Nehemiah Construction to anyone needing insurance restoration or remodeling services. Their customer service, craftsmanship, and commitment to doing the job right are second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all of my friends and family!”

“I would highly recommend Gilday! We used Gilday for a major kitchen and family room renovation. They completed the work on-time and were very professional with respect to scope of work and costs. Leslie Roosevelt, who helped us with the project design, was highly professional and delightful to work with. Mike Kisner, who oversaw the project construction, was extremely respectful of our home and space throughout the construction process. The new kitchen has made cooking and entertaining more fun, and it makes it easier to come together as a family.”
PACE Design & Construction

“I hired PACE Construction after chatting with a few other design/build firms. My initial concerns were a sinking floor (yikes!) but I knew that at the very least that the entire kitchen in my tiny, 115 year old row home needed to be renovated. The reason that I went with PACE was that they offered options from the very beginning. This ranged from selling the home as the "repair" to the floor was likely to be costly, to exploration to determine the exact cause of the sinking floor. After meeting with them several times and a small deposit to dig through the floor to see what was going on, we decided to renovate the entire first floor and the upstairs bath. By this time they had won my trust seeing as how Brad was not pushy on any one topic and continued to give me advice and suggestions, rather than a sales pitch. Their other hyper-local work and references helped too We've been in the house for 10 years and plan to stay for at least another 15, so a larger project addressing what seemed like endless issues made sense to us, especially with the trust that was built up along the way. Early on I met Khyree and Terris, two of the PACE professionals who were involved in the project from the demo, all the way until making sure the painters did the right touch ups. It was very reassuring chatting with them on a regular basis and asking them questions. They were more than willing to drop what they were doing whenever I popped in (which was often) to make sure I was good with everything going on. I was also regularly in contact with the project manager, Seth, who was quick to respond to emails, texts and phone calls. We went all in for this project and gutted the first floor. We replaced every major appliance, removed our radiators and installed central heating/cooling, and replaced our drafty and stuck windows. We got rid of our gas line and installed an electric water heater. Our electrical panel was upgraded and PACE also coordinated a solar panel install. Our 1.5 bathrooms were completely redone, as well as our kitchen cabinets and counters. We also added some simpler features that we've wanted like hose bibs in the front and rear of the house, a 240v outlet in the driveway, and also decided to repaint the front of the house. As we neared completion and saw that it was going to be on time, PACE helped design a shelf system to attach to our brick walls in our downstairs living room. They sealed the brick and brought in some reclaimed wooden joists for the shelves. The additional cost for this additional mini project was unbeatable and was really a great way to finish the project. The layout of the first floor has been changed quite a bit, and now I have more room, more light, and still plenty of cabinet space. I am so happy with the project. Now that it is over, I will be employing PACE to take care of a few more minor things, like door and lock repair, and adding on a storm door to the front of the house.”
