“Boston Premier Remodeling is fantastic! Nick and his team produce high quality work, are attentive to detail, strive for perfection, and are good human beings. After seeing them every day for a month, I was sorry to see them go! Nick, his carpenters, and his subcontractors are skilled craftspeople, and they are polite, honest, and straightforward to boot. Nick delivers on his promises, is clear about expectations and outcomes, is fair and reasonable in his pricing, schedules work efficiently (there was not a single wasted day during my project) and offers useful (and often money-saving) suggestions. I hired BPR to do a series of small renovations in a condo I bought in a historic building. Together, the small renovations added up to a complex project. Nick charges for projects based on time and materials, which at first made me nervous about what the total bill would be because it seemed so open-ended. However, he told me ahead of time that he thought his carpentry team would need to work on the job for 4 weeks, and that is almost precisely what ended up happening. There was an overage of a couple of days, but this was entirely due to changes I made to the work specs, or errors my designers made. For each of these hiccups Nick worked hard to make sure they could be dealt with effectively and efficiently, keeping the momentum of the project going. In the end, the total price he charged me for his team’s work and that of the subcontractors he hired and supervised on my behalf was less than half the amount of the bid I received from a well-known and respected contractor recommended by my designer. More importantly, I couldn’t be happier with the result. Every aspect of the project was completed perfectly, and the outcome was even better than I imagined it would be. “In 2018 PerfectView Remodeling did a complete renovation of our Master Bathroom. This year they did a complete renovation of our Hall Bathroom. They have also done minor upgrades in our kitchen. I am a retired Type A Civil Engineer. As such, I have expected all of my projects to be well planned and completed to high standards. Being retired, I watched the daily work and generally made a nuisance of myself. The wok was done by Lou (the owner), Josh (his son), and Ryland. I had some questions, and asked for a couple of minor changes, but I had no complaints. I found them to be very diligent and professional. They knew what they were doing and what was required for a top notch job. They cut no corners but made sure everything was square and as it should be. They also recommended suppliers for tile, vanities, fixtures, etc., all of which had quality products. Even though I made somewhat of a nuisance of myself over the course of our relationship we have become friends. I have very very rarely in my professional career provided unqualified recommendations for contractors, I can for PerfectView Remodeling with their current staff. I have developed such trust in them that I had not even asked for a price estimate for the minor kitchen upgrades prior to the work, as I knew I would be treated fairly by Lou. We have received many compliments on the bathroom remodelings and have had no problems as we have used them. I have not even seen any of the little problems that often are noticed upon daily use. I don't think you can go wrong hiring Perfect View for your remodeling job.”

“Words can't do justice regarding the satisfaction and gratitude that our family has felt for the entire Archambault team since moving back into our "new" top-to-bottom full-gut renovation. Our project consisted of a full layout renovation to a 1950's ranch that had seen better times, addition of a "connector" onto the existing house into a vaulted addition, full spray foam insulation top-to-bottom, installation of high-performance architectural windows and siding/rain screens/wrap, removal of our chimney and all systems as we converted to all-electric with solar panels and full-house battery back-up, and once done, simply top-notch finish work to totally remake the house. You simply can't ask for more from a home contractor. We'd make the decision to work with Archambault again in a heartbeat - our lives truly haven't been the same since we moved back into a house that we're going to live in (and be extremely comfortable in) for a long, long time.
