This company was fantastic to work with. We purchased two beautiful African alder doors on line. They are heavy elegant, wood doors that make our house look so rich. Ed could not of been better to work with. I am somewhat a pest and he always had a good attitude and helped me in everyway he could. If only every company could be so dedicated and Loyal. I just called him back to the color of the stain he used and gave me it and this was done 7 years ago!

After researching custom front doors and the internet, my wife and I discovered Affinity Doors. We we contacted them, we received a prompt response from Ed Duddy. He gave us the immediate impression that he was going to be there every step of the way. From getting the initial price quote into the design and drawing verifcation phase and finally the placement of the order. Affinity Door made it very easy for us to realize our dream of finding a beautiful and unique entry way to our home. Affinity also assisted with sourcing an installer who was just as easy and professional to work with. When the door arrived we were struck by the quality of workmanship and pleased that it was even more gorgeous than the pictures. A week after the door was installed we noticed a small flaw in one of the window panes. After letting Affinity doors know, they immediately addressed the situation by ordering a new pane and arranging for the installer to replace it when the pane arrived. It's great to know you are working with a company that stands by its work. I would absolutely recommend Affinity Door to any one who is interested in having a truely unique and quality door. They stand by their product and work with you closely through the whole process.

After researching Wine Cellar Doors on Houzz - I discovered a beautiful door at Affinity Doors. I sent an inquiry and got a prompt response from Ed Duddy out of the Richmond, Va area. We spoke on the phone several times and Ed was extremely professional and responsive to all my questions. He provided me with a detailed estimate and his cell number so I could reach him if I had further questions. Once we decided to move forward with the door, Ed was meticulous with the follow up-- sending me stain samples, providing guidance with the swing, jamb, handleset recommendations, wrought iron details etc. Ed coordinated with my builder directly any details that needed addressing. This door is expensive, but worth it!!! The quality and construction of the door is excellent! It arrived well packed and crated. This door makes a statement and is exactly what I was looking for in my "old world" wine cellar. Do not hesitate to contact Ed at Affinity Doors - he was an absolute pleasure to work with.

We asked Ed to do a very unique door assembly for a very high end home in Boca Raton, FL. From start to finish, the process was smooth, and with good communication. Ed provided a very professional experience for us and the G.C. The door assembly came out beautiful. It had incorporated a grape vine design engraving on the oversized 42" door, and the vining spread out into the sidelites on each side. A wonderful way of celebrating the front entry doorway.

Affinity created a custom tropical door for us that we have loved for many years now! Neighbors and guests are always in awe. The process was simple, on time, and thorough. Highly recommend!

I have to admit that at first I was skeptical. When my wife designed her "dream" entryway, it was a highly detailed and complicated design. Affinity Doors produced a professional Line Drawing of her design complete with every last detail she desired. I thought, a line drawing was one thing, producing this in wood and glass would be nearly impossible. We were truly AMAZED at the final product. Every detail, every "swirl" of wood and glass was right before our eyes. Her dream door had come to life. Affinity representatives were with us throughout the entire process, working with my wife until she was completely pleased with her creation. We searched and searched and never found another company that could take our own design and bring it to life. Truly Amazing. Highly recommended. And the best part, it was not nearly as expensive as I had initially anticipated. We, and all of our friends, love our entryway !

We had our Affinity Door installed last fall. As I told Ed Duddy then, it is the nicest piece of furniture we own! He was very helpful with all aspects of the purchase and installation - selecting the glass that would best enhance the appearance of the door; the contractor who installed the door, and keeping us well-informed of the arrival and install dates, as we had some porch improvement to complete first. The door is BEAUTIFUL and completely changes the look of our home. Our home is nice, but the door adds that touch of beauty that was missing ! Many thanks to the Affinity team for a job well done!
