We got a knock on our door, and I am happy I answered! Vincent was so nice and asked about my windows getting replaced. He definitely got my attention with how professional he was and informing me that since our home was on a main neighborhood road, we would get a great promotion to get our windows replaced. After meeting with several window replacement companies, we could tell immediately that Apex Energy was top notch! Their Senior Sales Partner (Corey Brown) came over and showed us first hand what our windows could look like. He answered all of our questions, gave us space to discuss after talking numbers, and made it work for us and our home. We loved doing business with Apex Energy! We love that the new windows are easy to open, lock and clean. We would definitely recommend Apex Energy Solutions to anyone wanting to replace their windows.

I love my new energy and money-saving windows. I like to research and ask a lot of questions before buying and after meeting with the salesperson I felt confident with Apex. My windows and sliding glass door are beautiful. I loved the upbeat and positive attitude of the installers and project manager. Thanks for the 13 Apex's very nice, well-built energy and money-saving windows. What I love the most is that the temperature differences in my split-level home are almost gone (some context: I replaced all the 1973 original windows with the Apex windows). I want my Apex windows to block less visible light entering the house, but everything else is perfect! The installation process was, wow... I never saw something like that; ~90 minutes from start to end, and everyone was very professional. So, I recommend Apex Energy Solutions. I hope this information helps. Best, Cristian

After meeting with several window replacement companies, I was most impressed by the sales rep and how he (Chris Price) answered all questions, didn't high pressure me and stayed in contact throughout the sales, contract and installation, 4/12/23, much sooner then anticipated. The installation crew of 3 worked quietly, efficiently and very pleasantly. Love the fact the new windows are easy to open, lock and clean and the new white frame windows give a new look to my 37 year old stucco home.......very satisfying. I would recommend Apex Energy Solutions to anyone needing or wanting to replace old windows. As a side note, the humor in email correspondence from Apex is charming, Maybe Apex should consider identifiable APEX shirts for all on the job employees as a way of showing pride and identity.

We recently had our windows replaced and chose Apex Energy Solutions. Overall they were great to work with! Had many window options and brought samples so we could see the windows in real life prior to choosing. The price was great and once the windows were in, installation was quick and easy to schedule. The installation went smoothly and was QUICK! We would highly recommend this company!

Our home was built in 1989, but we bought it in 2013. It's a beautiful house that I love, but of course, we've been in the process of fixing things up. One thing I did not love when we bought it were the windows! They were original to the house, and though beautiful, most of them were not functional. Many of them we couldn't open because the mechanisms had just been worn out or rusted. And those that did were noisy, and at times, difficult to close all the way. And the grilles were loose on them that they would rattle and shake when opening or closing. We had most all of our windows replaced by Apex. I was dubious at first because I had never heard of them, and the windows we had are considered high end. But our salesperson gave a great presentation, answered all our questions, and made me feel confident that our new windows would look and function great. And they do! From sales to installation, everyone was easy to work with, professional, and friendly. I love that I can open any window that I wish, and because the grilles are on the inside of the windows, they do not rattle! I love our new windows and cannot recommend Apex more.

I wish there was a zero star option. Terrible installation at my house from them and agree with other posters that they go completely silent when you repeatedly try to contact them about problems and they try to blame other people. We’ve been dealing with issues and re-installations now going on a year and a half and the work still isn’t done.

I am so disappointed with the quality, customer service and how they go radio silent about the problems. Everything they do is bad business practice. I purchased windows in December 2020 in Portland, OR. They were supposed to install them in March but they came in May 30 which I understood and said OK. Then they told me that the prices we agreed will hike due to increasing material costs. I understand that, too. What i cannot accept is that they installed broken and unpainted windows with many other chips and quality issues and let me know after the fact. Who decides it is OK to put a broken window on a customer house especially when they know it is broken? Why are you passing a bad product to me and charging my credit card $6k without notifying me? Why should i accept touch ups for brand new windows? Even if you have no quality control in your manufacturing site, the installer knows and still installs because he doesn’t want to deal with it and they can charge. All they do is to prioritize their workload instead of the customer satisfaction. It is too disappointing that American made product is this bad quality with extremely rushed installation. It feels I can rip the whole thing with my fingers. It’s been over a month since installation and i still don’t know when they will or if they will fix all soon. No communication whatsoever. I strongly recommend anyone considering them to avoid this company and Insignia windows at all cost. Do your research, see other houses and don’t make the mistake i made.

Jesse, our installer, was great. Answered every question we had, kept us updated on progress along the way, walked us through operating the windows, and the quality of his work was exceptional. Dan, our salesman, was great as well. Very satisfied with all steps of of this process.

Just finished the installation of our new Apex triple hung windows and new patio door. These windows and door are amazing! Great price and service. We replaced the construction grade windows that were 17 years old. The difference is crazy!!! #theapexdifference

Apex Energy did an excellent job on our windows. We have 20 windows so it was a large project. Got it done in 2.5 days. The crew cleaned up as they went, answered all of our questions with a smile, and left us with beautiful windows!
