About Us

Authentic Window Design is an Authorized Marvin Design Gallery serving the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut tri-state area. AWD will design, sell, install and service your Marvin custom windows. You can choose the best windows and doors, but if the installation isn’t done properly, you may encounter problems. All AWD installers are Marvin authorized and train continuously – up to 800 hours/year cumulatively. We’re so dedicated to ensuring your windows and doors perform as expected we back our work with a Lifetime Installation Warranty. In addition, we’re licensed, insured and EPA Lead-Safe certified.

I own a small commercial building and hired Authentic Window Design 3 times now: - 10 years ago when I purchased a Marvin sliding glass door and a Marvin swinging door for our new apartment, - Last year when they installed 5 double hung replacement windows for one of my commercial tenant spaces, - And this year to service those 10 year old swinging and sliding doors. Each time they were great to work with and their installation was top notch. I would highly recommend them.

AWD is thoughful, thorough, and detail oriented in their approach. Our project was a challenge structurally and aesthetically and required extensive custom work. AWD and Marvin Windows really came through with a superior product and Marvin stands behind their product and goes to great lengths to ensure that the product is right and the customer is satisfied. AWD's installation crew is knowledgable and delivered superior workmanship, and went to great lengths to correct and repair mistakes made by other subcontractors. I highly recommend AWD, especially if you have a large, custom project.

I am an interior designer and usually order the majority of materials for projects; it is a lot of responsibility as making mistakes is never an option, so to find a professional in the industry, who is on the top of their game is a gold mine for me. Authentic Window Design, and particularly Anthony of this company, have provided the most impressive professional service, product (Marvin windows and doors) and assistance. Anthony advised us in all phases of our complete window and door replacement project. From initial consultation to final installation, he could not have been nicer. In addition, we were cost conscious of this project and he suggested lesser priced options without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend using this company for any and all window and door needs.

They do high quality work. Their Marvin windows are a wonderful product. They are very nice people. Pricing is on higher end, but they work closely with customer to ensure satisfaction.
