Mike and his team were the most profesional group of guys we have ever dealt with. Came and gave us a free quote and we live 3 hrs away... we called all over our area no one came we have aprx 30windows ... bravo windows and doors did not hesitate. They were so Kind, curtious, respectful to you and your home, they were like family. They cleaned up after which was so great. Explained in detail step by step to ensure we as the customer understand what they were doing. No issues with pets, very patient bunch of men... so polite. Bravo Windows and Doors owner Mike Bacanin and his installation crew were knowledgable, obviously very experienced, courteous, and met our deadline and budget requirements. They functioned well as a team. Their work was meticulous and they went out of their way to not inconvenience us during the installation of our new windows. We had Mike and his team out to help us with a renovation in late fall of our home in Toronto built in 1900. We were pressed on our deadline because we had to move for work and the selling season was coming to a close. The job involved installing new windows and doors according to architectural and permit specifications. On the upper floor two of the windows had to be installed where there had never been windows before. This meant standing on scaffolds and breaking out brick in cooling temperatures. It also meant adhering to very careful specs and measures. The team from Bravo cleaned and stacked every brick and removed all the rubble long before we needed to show the house. The addition of windows and doors made the house so sunny and bright that we did not want to move out. They delivered on budget and on schedule and we were very pleased with the work.
