Lead time has been an ongoing issue with window companies. We interviewed several. Due to the fact that my partner and I do extensive research before signing a contract all of the salespeople in other companies lost interest and stopped returning our calls when we needed more information. When Uri came to out house he offered what other companies offered which is the quickest and the cheapest option i.e. vinyl. After about a month of going back and forth with learning about choices and prices which he readily provided, as well as, several visits to our home, we finally chose wood clad windows. Expensive but gorgeous. The lead time was reasonable under the circumstances. And they kept the delivery date as promised. We had 17 windows and 4 French doors. The installers were amazing. We from home and they respected our request for being as quiet as possible. They were clean, curious and knew exactly what had to be done. After they finished they cleaned after themselves. Also, they spoke English so it was easy to communicate. All in all California Window Depot delivered what they promised. We are very happy and will recommend.

These guys were fantastic. They came out to the initial meeting and were incredibly professional. They brought samples and gave me a wide variety of options based on what i was looking for. After i looked at a couple other competitive quotes, I chose California Window Depot and they delivered on what they promised. They came over, did a really complex job and took additional time to make sure the job was done right. They followed up multiple times to make sure that i was happy. Well done. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace windows or doors.

First off, these guys do great work. They are great at listening to what you want and working within your budget. I have had them out twice now for new windows, and they were great each time. They took the time to mask off the windows, and treat the existing paint as lead paint, to protect my kids, even though it is not lead paint. New flashing on the outside always looks great, and they always clean up their work, so I do not have to worry about old glass or scraps laying around. I will definitely have them again to finish the rest of my windows.

The team at California Window Depot did a great job in getting my door designed, ordered and installed. We went through couple different designs over email. They came out for the initial visit and measured the current door. After couple weeks they took the installers. Very clean, smooth and seamless process. From the initial call to the always helpful office through ordering to installation, the experience was better than I could have hoped for. I would recommend these guys to anyone, they also had the best price around.

My wife and I used California Window Depot to have a window removed from our laundry room and a door installed. They came out and provided us an estimate. Showed us our options of doors and hardware. We scheduled the installation and everything went exactly how they said it would. Window removed and door installed all in the same day. Fair price, great warranty and the best part this was over 2 months ago and the door looks and operates exactly the same today as it did when they installed it. Highly recommend them.

This is a first-rate company that goes above and beyond a customer's dream. They rescued a bad situation for us, a poorly installed storm door by someone else. The installer of this company was a professional and a perfectionist! He took his time and made sure every little detail was taken care of. Our door is now amazingly air-tight against the winter winds and freezing temperatures. And it's beautiful as well. It looks like a piece of architecture. We are so very grateful to this company. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We had our windows installed and I just wished my experience with everybody was as great as it has been with California Window Depot. Absolutely professional, reliable, nice, great work, I can't say enough. We absolutely love the work that was done in our house, windows were ready exactly after the time we were told they would be. Starting with the estimate thorough taking measurements to the actual installation everybody always showed up on time. Before choosing them I spoke with several other companies, there is nobody who will do it better. Will absolutely recommend them to friends and family!

Professional and courteous service was received from the staff at California Window Depot. My calls were returned in a timely manner and the service men did an incredible job replacing our windows. The manager was the best at explaining what needed to be done and presenting us with an estimate we were happy with. This company comes with my highest recommendation. I am very impressed by the whole process. The sale's guy was honest and informative. I had 3 estimates and California Window Depot offered the best price. We had all 13 windows and a patio door replaced by them. We are very happy with the outcome. The windows and patio door are good quality and most importantly, the installation was superb. We were very satisfied with the work done by them. Very professional, responsible and reliable service. The whole process was easy and painless. We were offered different options, and were never felt pressured. The job was done on time as promised and communication throughout was perfect. We replaced 7 aluminum windows and would definitely use them again should we need to replace the rest of the windows in the house.

Our house is located on the hill top and windows are not easily accessible from the outside. California Window Depot replaced our old windows and they did it quickly and efficiently. I’m writing this review a little over a month after the installation. Now since we’ve lived with our new windows and doors we can objectively assess the results. Well, they are great and we feel it. The noise from the freeway is almost nonexistent. Our air conditioning bills are much lower. The cold air actually stays inside the house for much longer then before. They did a doggy door for us and it’s so useful. Our dog loves it. My props to California Window Depot.

I needed a sliding glass door in my apartment building and called California Window Depot. When discussing the building, the consultant helped me realize how much money I could be saving and making if I made certain changes. Slowly but surely we got through talking and I decided to change all the windows and doors in my building. He gave me a great price for what was involved. Also, I wanted to make windows from the three sliding doors whose original design didn’t make sense and always has been an eye sore. They did everything by code and it was perfect. I know it because my brother is an architect who was involved in the process from the get go. The job installers did was excellent. The chicken wire and the black paper…Very professional. Hauled away all the garbage. The owner came by and took photos of the building. I cannot say enough about this company. Great going.
