My new entry door and windows were installed yesterday and I couldn't be happier! From the design process with Stephen to the very professional installation team, it was a painless and rewarding process. The quality of the product is several notches above others I looked at and I'm glad I chose Clark Hall.

We worked with Clark Hall to replace all the windows (32) and four sets of french doors in our center hall brick colonial home. A seamless look throughout our home was important to us, and Stephen Myers ensured we got exeactly what we wanted, down to custom painting the inside/glass-facing side of the french door muntins to match those of the Marvin windows. Furthermore, we knew the exterior patio doors were going to be a completely custom job given the size and complexity and they nailed it. Finally, installation was quick, high quality, and non-intrusive - simply amazing while I was working from home. Make sure Paul does your installation - he's the master!

Oh My Fantastic. Met with Steve very helpful lots of ideas for a new front door. Came out to the house made recommendations for hardware. A real enjoyable experience. We worked with Stephen Meyers to replace every window in our house, upgrade some casements to sliding windows, replace a single patio door with a 3 panel sliding door, and replace our front door with a custom wrought iron door. We received quotes from multiple companies, including Pella and Andersen, and it was a very easy decision to work with Clark Hall Doors. We had the best service and experience from the sales side (no pushing, be sure to book now to get this deal! nonsense) to the install to the follow-up. The install team was led by William, and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and he was so respectful and kind to his team. I was really, really impressed. They kept our house and work site clean, let me know what they were working on that particular day, and generally kept me informed about the whole process. The quality of their workmanship greatly improved the value of our home, as we found out when we had to sell that house unexpectedly a couple of years later. I plan to reach out to Clark Hall Doors to replace the front door in our new home very soon with the same custom wrought iron door they installed for us previously, we loved it so much.

Thank you Clark Hall for our gorgeous iron front doors and Marvin doors and windows. Saying we are thrilled is an understatement. They have modernized the look and feel of our older home, and literally, have become the bright spot(s) in our days! We also look forward to no more drafts this winter and staying cool and comfy this summer. That said, the “it factor” in this life-changing experience has been the Clark Hall team. At the start, Stephen, who in our home and at your office, had the patience of a saint and a personality that put us at ease. He listened, made recommendations, and in the end, got us exactly what we wanted – and I was not easy, changing my mind about half a dozen times on the inside color and whether to add muntins or not! Then to finish us out, Josh. WOW. I don’t know where to start. He’s smart, sharp and very personable. He and his crew were meticulous installing our doors and windows. First, the windows, which were not easy. Again, older home, nothing square, and hidden "fun" like concrete cinder block with slimmer framings to figure out. However, with each challenge, he figured out a solution – and I mean EVERY time. Second, the doors. One of our jams was a challenge but they tackled and it turned out so beautiful. Our iron doors swing smoothly and the "click" of the locking point connections make them purr like a kitten! All this means our installation week turned into about two, which would have left most other companies hustling to “just get it done.” But not Josh. He stayed, took his time, did quality work and made things right. Additionally, he came back after a couple weeks of everything settling to do one last run through and adjust the little things. We aren’t the only ones enjoying. With plenty of neighbors out walking these days, so many have stopped to look, point and smile – and our neighbors across the street came over to specifically asked who did our project because they want show-stopping front doors too. Our new front doors were just installed and we couldn't be happier. The doors certainly make a dramatic statement and no doubt add to the elegance of our home. Upon operating the doors you are struck by the weight and solid craftsmanship. The finished product aligns precisely with the specifications in our proposal. Our salesman, Stephen Myers, paid the utmost attention to detail. and was available for any question we had along the way. Justin and his crew did a fabulous job installing these extremely tall and heavy doors; they were professional, efficient, and extremely pleasant. There were no issues with the installation; Justin arrived and finished when he said they would, and left only after making sure we were completely satisfied. Over dinner this evening, we observed that each person we dealt with in the process of securing these gorgeous doors was professional, courteous and customer-centric. That’s a rare thing. We have lots of good experiences with vendors and some excellent experiences with some folks at some vendors. (With two homes, one of which is 125 years old!, you get to interface with lots of folks to make stuff happen.) But with Clark Hall, each person was an excellent experience.
