Cornerstone Openings

We cannot recommend Cornerstone Openings highly enough. They have the best prices around but far beyond that is their customer service. Will was very helpful and came out to meet with us and make a recommendation since we were torn between bi-fold and a slider. Will gave us great advice and didn't try to up-sell at all. Where they really came through was on the installation. Our installer thought the framing was off and that it wouldn't fit, and our general contractor basically washed his hands of it, so we were beyond worried that this huge investment was not going to work. Sean, the owner, responded to us right away, came out the next day to take a look, and promised that he would personally take care of it. The next day, the door was installed, and looks beautiful. This was a huge relief of course because of the money involved, but it also was so refreshing to have Sean take ownership and make sure it got taken care of, when it wasn't even a Cornerstone problem. We are beyond happy that we went with Sean, Will, and everyone on their team.

Cornerstone Openings are fantastic artisans and their customer service is absolutely the very best in the industry. Mistakenly I did not buy my La Cantina folding doors from Cornerstone and deeply regret my decision. After another company incorrectly installed my doors and could not fix them I called Cornerstone who came out the next day with a professional adjuster and not my doors function perfectly, then followed up the next day. I will use Cornerstone on all future projects, they are far the most knowledgable in the industry.

I am writing this review at 9 pm on a Friday night because I am so impressed with Sean and Cornerstone openings. He has gone above and beyond in service. Our painter messed up our weatherproofing and Sean went out of this way to send his guys out to fix the painters mistakes. He takes great pride in his work, has great ideas is always available (he WILL answer his phone). We just did a whole house remodel and Sean and his crew stand out as true professionals who stand behind their work. The doors are beautiful, work great and it is so reassuring to have a contractor who is always there for you...even long after he makes the sale. I recommend Cornerstone openings for your La Cantina doors without hesitation! And everyone LOVES our doors!!
