I bought some interior doors for my home and I loved their materials, the installation was very good with a great staff, they have doors in stock that you can buy, they only have 3 colors in stock, but if you want more doors and more colors and textures they can make them for you only it takes a little longer.

Doors are terrible quality and the work is very unreliable. We hired Doors concept to install picket doors in our living room. They had an impressive showroom that gave false illusions of quality. With every step, we found that the materials used were just garbage. Coincidentally, the people who did the work were great, it was the door product that was awful. There was no attention to detail when it came to product quality. They had originally ordered from that didn’t match at all and was just a basic white strip of wood. They didn’t let us pick out the door handles and the ones they installed are absolutely impossible to use. The door hardware is cheap plastic that keeps falling out of the wall. We’ve had these doors only a few weeks and already the doors have fallen off the track multiple times. The installer was supposed to come back and fix it but flaked multiple times and we’ve now finally just resolved they aren’t coming back. The project manager is very nice but they have no control over the contract work and the door quality is so poor.

I hired this company to build and install my house interior doors and I can tell am very impressed with the quality of the doors and the professionalism of their work. I will really recommend this company to whoever wants to get affordable and amazingly beautiful modern doors.
