Have been calling him for months trying to get him to come back to do some repairs but so far no response. The door looks pretty. Hopefully its stay that way for many years. We were recommended to him by a neighbor.

Would never recommend. Don, the owner, is rude and unprofessional. He was insulting, threatening and it took over 2 months to repair defective glass, due to his slow response.

Terrible! Don sent someone to fix the hardware on my front door. They said they had to order a part. I tried to reach him for weeks, his voicemail is full, he doesn't return texts, he totally disregards your problems. I don't know how anyone stays in business like this! It looks like he's changed the name of his business to French Doors, probably because hes ruined his reputation with the type of service he gives. This encounter was one of the most frustrating experiences with a contractor that I've ever had!

We were not the company that supplied your doors originally. I was contacted by David Morrison from MR Homes to see if we can repair your multi-point locking system. I agree to take a look at it to see if we can repair it but it is not repairable. I am not sure why you are holding my company responsible for a product that we did not built or supply. You should be contacting the Artistic Doors & Locks not us for the repair. I was only trying to help MR Homes on a service call that they could not get Artistic Doors to come out and repair your lock. Please understand that we did not build your door or install it in your house. We are not familiar with the way that your locks was installed. You are holding us responsible for a product that we did not provided. Please consider contacting Artistic Doors & Locks to resolve the issue with them. Ph. 813-855-6125.

They did NOT fulfill my order. Although I did receive my doors, the hardware was never sent to me nor would Don refund my money. He kept ignoring my calls. BEWARE BUYERS!!

We purchased a custom mahogany french door from FrenchDoorDirect and I couldn't be more pleased! Don even allowed me to customize the wrought iron design inside the door at no charge. He was pleasant, professional and I would recommend them to anyone. My builder was pleased that it arrived on time and was i mpressed with the quality. Also their prices can't be beat!! Not very good quality. My door is warping and cracking. I have tried to get help for 3 months. I assume they are out of business.
