All your employees have been great but bot Brian and Carlos exemplify the meaning of customer service. Carey drove from Nashville to Knoxville to do a service call on our door that we adore. He did the best job and was so professional. Carey has great work ethic and detail was impressive. Iron Lion Entries replaced our entry door with ones that they custom made. The new doors are 8' iron double doors that replaced a single door with side lights and a transom above. Our sales person was Jackie Raney. The entire process from start to finish exceeded our highest expectations. Jackie was instrumental in making this happen by working with us on the design and taking exact measurements for a perfect fit. The quality of these new iron doors is amazing - beautiful, providing extra security and a refreshed look over what we had.

We recently replaced our front door with a new iron door from Iron Lion. We are thrilled with the result. It has greatly improved the appearance of our home both exterior and interior. Certainly worthy of mentioning is the install team. .This group of professionals met and exceeded every expectation and they did it with efficiency and expertise. This is easily the best home improvement experience we have ever had. I can not imagine a better result than this project with the Iron Lion team which included Jackie Rainey as our Sales Rep She took the necessary time to ensure that the final design met all of our requirements and kept us informed. I don't normally write reviews but with the experience I've had with Iron Lion I felt I needed to for those looking to purchase iron/steel doors. It can be very daunting to search on the internet for not only a reputable company but a high quality product. There are many companies that "appear" to be selling similar doors, but don't just look at the price as the main deciding factor even though Iron Lion is competitive. The manner in which the doors are fabricated and finished are critical to the final product, and Iron lion meets all of the criteria. I can't say enough for Jackie at Iron Lion who was extremely responsive and easy to work with in addition to Jeff their installer who had an eye for quality and could be described as an "old school" craftsman. The quality and finish on the doors were beyond our expectation and well worth the money. The doors were also delivered within the estimated time frame. If you are looking for the top of the line doors then I urge you to call Iron Lion. You will NOT be disappointed. I do not work for the company or was asked to write this review. I'm a first time customer who had previously purchased iron doors from a company who fabricates out of Mexico and these doors far surpassed the quality of the Mexican product.

We bought our house in a big hurry, sight unseen, though we'd seen this particular model elsewhere. Finished for another buyer, it came back on the market and we jumped on it, as our cross-country move was just weeks away and we had nowhere to go. Since the house was already finished, we weren't able to pick brick colors, paint colors, etc. and the brick was far from my favorite and our builder grade front door made it look even worse! Shortly after moving in, we began looking online for the perfect front door and happened upon the Iron Lion Entries website. Their photos were amazing and it was obvious that they produced a very rich-looking, quality product. Soon, Jackie Raney from Iron Lion Entries was at our house, taking measurements and showing us how they could take our builder-grade single width front door to an incredible double door entryway. She showed us samples of the various finishes and helped us select one that coordinated with our exterior colors and architecture, showed us available glass treatments and then emailed us an image of what our selection (design, color, glass) would look like on our home. We were very impressed and confident that we had made the right decision on going with Iron Lion. Finally, the day we had waited for! The installers arrived just when they were scheduled to and worked for several hours to remove the existing door and sidelights, and to install the most spectacular double door I have ever seen! This custom door fit like a glove, weighs what you'd expect an iron door to weigh (it's like opening a cathedral door!) and has improved the curb appeal of our home dramatically! The installers did such a perfect job --- there was no touchup painting required on our exterior or interior walls, they showed me how to operate the door, how to open both sides, how to access the glass for easy cleaning, etc.; they left the job site clean and neat and hauled our old door away. It's been a week now and we are still excited to see our neighbors walk by with their dogs and point at our lovely door! The design and color of the door actually sets off the tone of the brick and just ties it together so much, that I actually like the brick color now! It's pretty amazing how much the right front door can improve the look of your home and we have nothing but praise for Iron Lion Entries' employees, design, workmanship, professionalism and installation. We love our new front entry!

After getting jerked around by local dealers in Huntsville, Alabama I reached out to Jackie at Iron Lion Entries. Within 2 weeks Jackie had the door of our choice delivered and installed for a fraction of the price. We love the quality and look of our new iron door!

Iron Lions Entries have the highest Quality doors. They are strong, seal the cold air out and they look great. The installers were very Professional and courteous. They hauled off the old doors and cleaned up. They did what they said they would do. The doors were ordered and when they came in Iron Lions Entries set up a time to installed them. I thought their pricing was very fair compared to the quality of their doors. I would highly recommend Iron Lions Entries. I am very satisfied with their doors.

Iron Lion Entries' staff were professional, courteous, clean, punctual, and expert in there field. Their product is beautiful and well made and truly improves the look of any home. I was ,especially, impressed by their ability to handle the unexpected construction issues that could not have been foreseen. Highly recommend them!.

Iron Lion was very easy to work with. Top notch from day one. Installation process was amazing. The installers answered everyone of my questions and did and amazing job on my door and representing Iron Lion. Very affordable price for the level of craftsmanship and quality I received on my door.
