Larson Storm Doors

Great looking door, but when it came the screw hole rail covers did not come in the box. I called the customer service they were very helpful and without question, sent me the parts I needed. I will definitely put Larson doors on my houses from now on 5-star service in my book.

We ordered a custom Larson storm door 7 months ago. This has been a complete failure on their part. The 1st door was damaged, has to be returned and reorderd. The 2nd door was badly damaged. Again, a return and reorder. The 3rd door was damaged and the hole for the handle was drilled way too high. That was yet another return and reorder. The 4th and final door was damaged and again had the hole for the handle drilled much higher than it should have been. After 7 months of hassle we decided to pull the plug on the project. We will never order from Larson again because of their horrible customer service.

I love my new door. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for and I looked at a lot. I have a odd size opening and the Larson company worked with me to be sure I had a good fit for the opening that I had in the style of door I was looking for. Bonus is, my Grand Daughter loves it as well. She now can open and close the door to let the dogs in and out. At 2 years old it makes her feel good to help Grandma and the smile she gives me is well worth it. I am already planning my next project, and it will be a Larson as well. Thank you greatly.

We love our Larson storm door. The drop down screen on the door is the best feature and allows for a great breeze during the summer. the door is lockable and comes with keys. The door comes in various colors. Ours was installed by Hingham Lumber.
