Ordered doors from this place, after reading good reviews here on houzz. Week after I placed an order I called to check status update and get a delivery date. Been told by the lady in their NJ office that trucking company made a mistake and order was sitting in the trucking company's terminal all this time. She promised to put it on express delivery to meet same ETA for delivery. After that I've been told many stories and promised things that was never delivered (see my yelp review). Talked to trucking company directly and my doors are still in the midwest. Will be a month next week since I placed an order... Liberty windoors refunded my shipping charge, but that's nothing compared to amount of time I wasted chasing the tracking information, changing installation appointments and delaying my project completion, with one door being exterior and now will have to be installed in cold weather... Hope the doors I ordered are better quality than the service company provides. Not a good way to run the business by making stories overpromising and not delivering... If you screwed up, make it right don't just give one excuse after another.. Out of state buyers beware, plan on delivery being much longer than promised. Have not received doors yet to speak about quality. Will update the review when I receive my order. Hope quality of the doors is better than service that I received from this company..

Our handle is not functioning anymore less than 2 years after installing. The fact it is a European bolted door, no locksmith would touch it. The manufacture office in NJ has promised to send us a replacement for the last 3 months after many calls and emails we still not have received it. To change the door would mean change the whole door frame and have construction...definitely not a wise choice to install this product

I am not happy with this place. I bought over 12 items including doors and windows. And was hoping to buy more for the future projects. The patio doors open only from the inside. There is not even a nonfunctional handle on the outside, so when I go out and want to close the door I can't. When the window is tilted it's very easily opened from the outside, just slip the hand through the opening and turn the handle slightly and the window is open. One of the doors I wanted to get was like the one showing on the photograph on their website with handles and hole for the lock. Turned out they don't even have those kinds of doors, their website does not get updated with the new photos, and those photos are only god knows from where. In fact this particular door is nonexistent, or perhaps those photos are stolen from some other website that actually manufacturers those kinds of doors. They have very limited stock on hand and most of the items must be custom ordered which is not only almost double in price but there is 3-4 months waiting period. I got 1 window they had on hands and the other had to be custom order. I was told and ETA for arrival, but when I called to check turned out there is another month delay. I can't finish my bedroom for 4 months now, can't furnish it, pending the window installation. The most upsetting part is that nobody offered so much as an apology for all the inconveniences. They argued with me on the phone to prove to me that I am the one who made a mistake and ordered the wrong door. Not the customer service nor the product one might expect from in an USA retailer.

Decided to order the front door "Miami" in anthracite grey finish . Am I glad I did. The shipping process went smoothly and the door arrived in a very sturdy crate. The door is beautiful and looks better than the picture. The customer service rep was very helpful, professional and always available to answer all my questions.

The Veka windows are outstanding and in my opinion superior to Andersen windows which are more expensive. They are sturdy elegant and secure. I am recommending to as many people I can find.

I had one conversation with the company when I ordered the door, and it was delivered promptly from New Jersey to Texas within a few days (which was impressive). The door was well protected for the delivery and we received it without a problem. The product itself is high quality. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. (In fact, we have our eye on their free standing bio-ethanol fireplaces now.)

As with any online order if the price is pretty good you are always a bit skeptical of the products. Especially if you are on the other side of the country and can not see the product in front of you. We ordered a combination of interior doors in the wenge finish ( models : dolce , torino and merino ). Lead time was very good since they had all the doors in stock we needed , most companies gave us a lead time of 4-7 weeks. I was very impressed when we opened the crate. The doors look amazing , very nice high quality. The finish fits perfectly with the color floors we had chosen. And the price worked perfectly for our budget. Very hard now a days to find great quality doors , unique doors at a decent price. We had received the doors a week and half after placing our order. Doors were packed very well. Highly recommend this company for interior doors.

Ordered a few doors for our business along with door hardware . Very impressed with the quality of them , love the color very rich reds , the silver strip design makes them stand out. Modern yet clean look. Price is fantastic. Would recommend this company

Purchased interior doors from this company Dominika with frosted glass in the wenge finish. They gave me the best deal and helped me out the most. I definitely will be recommending this company to friends and family. If you want excellent quality items at a great price , make sure you use liberty windoors.
