I had a new door installed in early 2019. Andrew was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He spent the time to walk us through the options, explaining the difference in materials and designs. The install itself was meticulously done, and looks amazing, even almost 2 years in. Andrew is extremely attentive, passionate, and dedicated. This year, I had an issue with the locking mechanism. I gave Andrew a call and he was quick to answer, come to take a look at the problem, and ultimately replace the faulty mechanism under warranty. He stands by his work and customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend his services, and to use him again for future projects!

Andrew is fantastic! He is very thorough and detailed when helping you choose which door works for you. His communication is excellent through the entire process. Installation day exceeded my expectations, the door is perfect, he made sure to protect our hallway from dust and dirt etc. and he cleaned up completely, you couldn’t even tell that he had even been there. He is meticulous with attention to detail and made sure everything was perfect and that we were 100% happy with the door. Andrew designed and installed our beautiful front entry door. The grill inserts on the sidelines, the fiber glass door color and all the accessories were beautifully matched. Main double front door with sidelites and 3 exterior doors Andrew is amazing and has a very admiral work ethic. Our double door with sidelights isn’t very common and he spent time going over all my options and pricing them out, so I could be comfortable with my decision. I did my homework and received a few other quotes, but his pricing is very competitive. He is passionate about his work and it shows in his workmanship. The installs went smoothly and Andrew and his team cleaned up everything. We were very impressed with his knowledge and passion and would not hesitate to refer him to anyone we know. Even after the work was done, I contacted him about some other questions and he was very accommodating, offering to help me close off some loose ends of some DIY side work.

I had a very large wood door replaced at my home by Lusso Design (Andrew Lusso and team) around Avenue Road and Lawrence in Toronto. Andrew was very responsive in the design and quote phase, and was very engaged in finding the best solution for my new door, including some challenges around the wainscotting around the existing door frame. The installation was quick and flawless and clean, even in the winter time. The door looks great, and is very secure and weather proof, a huge improvement.

Best thing about our renovation! Andrew’s attention to detail, customer service, knowledge, honesty and respect of my time and timelines was better than any other contractor we have dealt with. I couldn’t be happier with all the steps from ordering our custom front doors to its installation.
