Mirabella Doors

Our builder purchased a custom front entry door from Mirabella Doors in 2013. By 2015 the door was showing signs of rust. My husband contacted the owner, Pam Miller, to inquire about the needed repairs. She replied that the door was no longer under warranty. He indicated that the door still needed to be repaired, no matter who paid for it. No response. Off and on, over the next few years, he tried to reach out to Pam, both via email and phone calls, and has never received a reply. I highly recommend not working with this company. Their doors may look nice, but the customer service is nil.

We have had our front door for about two years and the company has excellent service after the purchase. Very responsive and excellent follow through on questions.

Pam Miller and team did a great job in selection as well as installation. It was done timely, no mess, and door looks great. Pam was patient in our design and selection process.

We had a new custom designed 6' wide metal front door made and installed by Mirabella Doors recently. The results are superior and much better than we had imagined. Pam is extremely customer oriented and demonstrated this every step of the project, including several trips out to our home to insure the design was appropriate with the home and to verify the correct color choice was made and the installation was to perfection. She and her team are real pros.

I saw an ad for Mirabella Doors in a little community magazine and called to get a bid. That was the beginning of an incredible project. The owner, Pam Miller came to our house, explained in detail the scope of work involved in pulling out an arch window, single front door and side lite windows replacing it with a custom designed double iron door. Agreeing with the submitted bid, the installation was incredibly efficient taking one day to install. Pam didn't like the look of how the door met the brick and re-bricked the area at her expense. We've now had our beautiful doors for two years with multiple people ringing our doorbell requesting pictures and information on Mirabella Doors.

They were very helpful in helping us create our modern vision for our front doors. The Cosmopolitan design was just what we were looking for, but we added more metal paneling at the bottom. I love how our custom doors match the rest of our house! The black metal finish on the door is beautiful!

We had a great experience working with Pam. The doors came in right on time, and her installers were fantastic.

We asked for a new updated look to the front entrance to our house. We had a look in mind and a style that fitted with the rest of the house.

At the beginning of the project, I thought Pam was great! Professional, timely, passionate. She demanded a lot of cash upfront, and she did not want any delay on payment. I respected that and did my part to help get the project going. The first delay happened early on - she said 8-10 weeks - it turned into 14 weeks. That was just the start. It has now been 9 months. After two extra trips to fix the panels of glass and take my FINAL payment, the glass is now more noticeably wrong than the first time they installed it incorrectly. Pam Miller has disappeared. She WILL NOT come fix my door. I highly recommend NOT using someone who gets your money and runs. I knew better but stupidly trusted her as if she were a new friend. Boy, did I get burned Further action will be taken.

We have been working with Mirabella doors for a few years now and have been extremely happy. The craftsmanship on the product is top notch, plus they produce it in a timely fashion. Pam is very easy to work with and great with clients. We highly recommend them!
