DO NOT Purchase from this company!! We purchased Borge garage and entry door and both doors came damaged. The garage doors came with the wrong spring brackets and parts. The company agreed to reimburse us then later refused. Please see pics below. Stay away!! The first picture is the front we couldn’t close because it came damaged. The 2nd and 3rd pics are the “weather strips” came on with in a day. It took us 4 months to install the garage doors and the company refuses to reimburse after they agreed to.

DO NOT order from Monarch! Let me tell you a story about a guy (me) who did.
I first reached out to Monarch for a quote back in August 2017. They started off by telling me that I want an exterior door and that I might want to look elsewhere because their doors are expensive. I was like "I know, that's why I want a custom solid wood door!" They agreed to quote me but quoted me the wrong door, even after I used their own catalogue number from their web site. I had to go back and fourth with them to get them to quote the correct door. Finally, after 21 emails back and fourth, I got a drawing and quote that the price looked great, so I ordered the door. Finally, October 1, I got their invoice and put down 60%.
On October 27, I got an email with a photo attachment to show me the current production of the door. Guess what? Yup, wrong door. Their response? "Oh, ya, ha ha, the factory sent me the wrong photo, but your door is at the same place of completion". Okay.
October 31, I get an email, "We're sorry but there was an issue with the wood we were using for your door. Since it didn't meet our quality, we are going to start over." Yeah right, they were building me the wrong door! Now they had to start over.
November 11th, I get an email asking me to pick a stain. (I had already asked for the same stain that was used in their catalogue image, but ok). Picked a stain (Nice dark brown)
November 11, get an email with a picture of my door in production. Looks great!
December 7, I get an email showing a picture of the glass insert to go in the center of the door. Very nice!
December 26, get an email showing the completed stained door, but still waiting for the wrought iron work that goes in the center with the stained glass.
January 10, get a picture of my finished door. It's so beautiful!!! Send payment for final amount.
February, door arrives! FINALLY!!! But the crate is huge! Guess what? WRONG DOOR!!! THEY SHIPPED ME THE WRONG DOOR!!!!
March 14th, 2018: 7 months after ordering door. "Hello, we are working to find your door and pick up the other door. We're not sure where your door is."
March 15th "We're sending out a team to pick up the (450lb) wrong crated door. Guess what? ONE GUY shows up to pick up the 450 lb crate with no forklift or pallet jack. I had to help him and I'm just recovering from back surgery. Their response "That was unacceptable, this was supposed to be "White Glove" meaning no help from me." That was clearly not the case.
March 23, MY DOOR FINALLY ARRIVES!!! Hmm, crate is pretty banged up and it's missing a lid.
Oh look! The door is totally chewed up and damaged. But let's not let that distract us from the fact that the door was, A. The wrong size. B. Had no glass in the middle insert around the stained glass. I suppose they wanted people to be able to shoot spitballs at me from outside my home, and let all the mosquitos in as well. REALLY PEOPLE???
April 6, new shop drawings with the correct dimensions!
April 20, 2018 production begins (again) on my door
June 13, 2018 10 months after initial order "Looks like your door is finishing up and will ship out in the next couple of weeks".... SMDH, ok fine!
July 12, 2018 assigned new customer care rep.
July 18, 2018 "Thank you for your patience, will someone be home around 5pm to receive the door?" Yes! I'll be home all day.
Later that day, "No truck ever came"
August 13 "Good afternoon, your door is expected to arrive in Los Angeles sometime next week" mmhmm, ok
September 6, 2018 (More than 1 year since ordered) "Hello. Your door is currently at the port in Los Angeles. Customs has not released it yet."
September 13, 2018 DOOR ARRIVES!!! Open it up. ITS THE WRONG COLOR!!! I ordered a brown door, not a orange door. This door is ORANGE!
"Hello?" No Repsonse
September 14 "Hello?" No response
September 18 "Hello?" No response
September 25 "Hello?" No response
October 8th "Hello?" No response.... I guess they got tired of me.
UPDATE
March 18th 2019 Had door installed on house
February 8th, 2020 (Less than ONE year installed) Had door removed and repaired due to fading color, cracking wood, glass fogging up.(Cost: $1800)
I wish this was satire. I have all of the email and photo communications I would GLADLY share with anyone to substantiate this fiasco.

ordered doors but never were delivered
Do not order from this company. Check out other online reviews. They will take your deposit, then require final payment in full. We paid in full in December 2018 and our doors have still not shipped. Horrible mistake ordering from Monarch. Owner Glen Kephart and operations manager, Roman Gonzales are non-responsive.

The worst company with the worst customer service. No one answers the phone or returns emails. They continue with excuse after excuse. We gave them a deposit of over $5000 for iron doors last November 30. After excuses and no one answering the phone or emails, we read all the other horrible reviews from customers that began piling in. We also noticed the BBB has suspended their rating. With no one response at all to our calls and email, we cancelled all contact and notified our credit card company to investigate.

This company is the worst company I have ever delt with. I am still waiting after 10 months for my order to be finished. They do not return e-mails or calls and make excuse after excuse of why your order is not getting done, they held my entire project up for months!!!!!*****DO NOT USE THEM ****They never Sent me the locks or correct handle for the Doors ****

This company will take your deposit and NEVER provide you with a door. I place an order with Monarch for an iron double door that was to be delivered in September and it is now January. At first I received emails stating a manufacturing delay or shipping mixups. Always apologizing for the mixup and assuring me the problems had been addressed. Now I’m out the money, the custom door and I haven’t received a response in weeks. I would caution anyone thinking of using this company!

There seems to be a recent pattern to this company not being easy to reach and suffering delays in being able to provide shipping information. My doors were completed around 11/13.
On 12/10 I was told, "we are just waiting for our third-party shipper to book the doors" and "we anticipate them moving (with a tracking number) next Monday or Tuesday"
On 12/20 I was told, "anticipate the doors moving to you today or tomorrow".
On 12/26 I was told, "the carrier has not picked up the request due to the fact it was made on Friday and the port is closed over the weekend"
On 1/1/2019 I was told "we have no new information" and "we are dealing with a grinding halt at the port" and "the bookings are unbelievably slow"
Getting the above status has been difficult. Not a single person at this company answers the phone. 100% of my calls go to voicemail and resulted in no returned calls until I posted my first negative review. I have yet to get a call from the owner committing to make this right. After more unanswered calls today I sent them an e-mail indicating my only option would be to begin warning others. They have offered a full refund which must be considered in light of finding replacement doors (wood or metal) will take several weeks to fabricate. These delays have now impacted the completion date of my home as indicated by other reviewers. Be careful before making a decision to go with Monarch.
This company has no integrity. Their comment below is the first time they communicated my doors were delayed for that reason. It appears they created a standard answer that makes it look like they are interested in quality. They wont answer your calls and will provide excuse after excuse. I'm among the lucky minority, my doors arrived.....but the comment from the company is yet another lie.

Most incompetent people from top to bottom that I have ever worked with. Their timing was way off. They promised it will be delivered in 12 weeks(max) now it's 19 weeks and counting. Our new construction was so far delayed by 7 weeks. It very difficult to get hold off any one by phone/email and it even takes up to a week to get an update. Every time you ask for an update they will tell you a different story. I will not recommend if time is of the essence for your project. Can't comment on the quality since haven't received the product yet.

While my door is good quality, their timeline was way off and my new construction was delayed by three months. Every week was a new story about the doors shipping out “very soon”. Very frustrating experience, do NOT recommend this company.

This is a very professional company! My doors were designed, built, shipped and received all in a professional, reliable, fragile manner. We had no problems with receiving emails, calls, CAD drawings, and they were very down to earth professionals! I feel that this company, has made building my dream home a wonderful experience. After months of research, we found that Monarch was the most reasonable. We worked with Paul in designing/ordering a front door and he was very professional and helpful. The door was received ahead of schedule and is absolutely gorgeous! The quality is exceptional. Everyone is so impressed with the door and we've already highly recommended Monarch to several friends.
