I'm pleased with Morgan exteriors. My salesperson was not pushy, he was concise while giving me all the pertinent information I needed to make a decision. The staff that I spoke with at the office were pleasant and followed through, kept me informed of progress. The installation was fine we well and passed the permit process. I'm fact the permit person mentioned they used additional screws that made the windows even more secure. My home looks updated and I anticipate lower energy bills and safer during storms.

Great lifetime warranty! Promised to do the job right the first time. Job to be completed. Uses quality products and experienced installers.

I hired Morgan Exteriors to replace an exterior door on my utility room. Normally I would do this job myself at 80 years old I just didn't want to tackle it. They sent two guys to do the job. As soon as they arrived they went to work. Because of rotten wood, they had to replace most of the door frames to install the new door. The guys were very friendly and hard workers. Once the door was installed they reinstalled all of the siding they had to remove. They finished up by calking everything. They did a great job, much better than I could have done. We never thought buying new windows would actually be a delightful experience! Max from Morgan Exteriors came to our home yesterday and put our minds at ease. He is very knowledgeable about the products. He measured each window and took the time to explain each level of window functionality, durability and potential energy savings. He even had an actual window that we were able to familiarize ourselves with. We were presented with a detailed estimate that priced out the 4 different levels of windows we were interested in. Max went through each one and together we found a window that suits our needs based on what we felt was important for not only protecting our home, but saving energy and cutting down on outdoor noise. His honesty is greatly appreciated as we did not wind up needing the most expensive window offered. It is refreshing to have someone genuinely concerned about what you actually need for your home versus other companies that just what to push the latest and greatest most expensive product. Is it weird to say that we are now actually looking forward to the rain, hurricane and hot weather seasons knowing we will be comfortable and protected from the elements? I am very happy with my new windows - my installers Ricky and Rochelle came out were very professional and did an amazing job. I only did six windows to start. I have another 11 to go and I definitely want them to install all of them. They were absolutely amazing. Great sense of humor, the work was just perfect. They went through and checked then re-checked then re-checked it again to make sure that my windows were done right I truly appreciate them. Morgan Exteriors replaced our windows a little less than 2 years ago with StormBreaker Plus impact hurricane windows. The process from our first meeting with the representative to the final installation was all good, and on time. We chose Morgan in part due to the representative's knowledge of the product , and in part because we researched the product and Morgan Exteriors ourselves. We live in Port Charlotte, FL, where we just last week were directly impacted by "Hurricane Ian", a monster category 4 storm with winds over 150 mph. Lives were lost and destruction was devastating. I'll admit I was very anxious on our return home, as to how the new windows would perform. Our community was hard hit, huge trees everywhere, roof tiles all over, but our windows...PERFECT! No water came in, no windows broken, and even the screens were all intact after being assaulted with flying roof tiles. Thank you Morgan Exteriors for your excellent service, and for providing a superior quality product.

We started out bad but Susan office manager got the painters to call me. Susan was a angel. Morgan exterior did start out good but in the end up being ok.

I have used Morgan Exteriors for several projects. At my primary residence they replaced all the doors and windows in the entire home and the soffit around the pool area. There were three sliding glass doors and 13 windows and over 100 linear feet of soffit. More recently, I hired them again to replace all the windows in a rental property with huriccain impact windows. I have always found their staff to be extremely professional, courteous, and honest. The sales rep was experienced, knowledgeable, and very helpful in helping select the right level of window for an affordable price. The installations always went as promised. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, clean, and displayed a very high level of craftsmanship. I had and have absolutely no complaints. I am hiring them once again to replace the rental property front door with an amazing impact resistant door. I highly recommend this company.

Wow! Morgan Exterior great experience getting estimate very detail process. I was able to see sample and demonstration. Sales guy was very professional I was very impressed. Looking forward to installing my windows.

I am still at the beginning of my project but the time of arrival is getting close! I want to compliment my Sales Representative, Rick Davis. He truly LISTENED to my needs and to what I wanted out of this project. He did not try to "upsell" me or influence me, rather he guided me on choices totally based on my desires. There was never any pressure felt. Only one item, the front doors, were not exactly what I was looking for, being 3/4 glass rather than 1/2, but I think I will still be happy with them. I also want to commend Maureen in the scheduling office. I had back surgery right when she was trying to make a schedule with me and she was extremely kind, understanding, and very patient with me! So far, based on the employees I've had contact with, this is an outstanding company!
