Beautiful French doors installed in our Florida home a month ago. A few days after installation we noticed that air leaks through the doors whenever the wind blows hard, in fact enough wind to put out a match. For hurricane rated doors, this is obviously unacceptable. Our installer spoke with Origin and supposedly replacement parts are on the way. But after 4 weeks I'm starting to worry. Hopefully this problem is solved soon.

Stay away terrible service and terrible doors! They blame the installers then installer says their doors are too heavy for tracks. Go with different manufacturer.

Having issues with door rollers breaking and track flexing. Waiting on Origins response will give them a few more days because of holiday. Purchased and installed by their dealer Window Rama, so far a bad experience.

The doors are nice. My GC installed them as there was no certified installer in the area. Then I had a misalignment so I called and emailed Origins. Their communication was scattered and inconsistent. They basically disappeared then told me to call the distributor. The distributor finally came through but by then several months had passed. Origins when I finally got in touch with them said I should have negotiated the install with the distributor t time of purchase. This is an odd response as what is a customer to do when they run into issues with their door after installation. The distributor only had one installer and they were busy so this is not always an option. Given my experience, I would not recommend this company.
