Ordered 3 custom steel and glass sliders for a large remodel in Aspen, CO. Marilyn was great to work with throughout the entire process from shop drawings to custom glass solutions, hardware, and hosting the project Architect in the LA showroom to showoff their capabilities. Pinky's is in my opinion the best deal available in the US door market. Their product is so much more substantial than the aluminum options out there; they are well built and nicely designed. If you look at their in-stock options, which are often discounted, it is an amazing deal. We have used their products now on three projects, and couldn't be happier.

We recently purchased the iron and glass doors for our new construction home, and they are amazing! We custom designed the sizes to get exactly what we wanted and the process was very easy! We worked with a dedicated design professional, Michael, and he was very helpful and patient throughout the process. We had to make changes several times before we finalized the order and he helped us to navigate what would look best and work best for our climate. The doors are more than what we expected and due to the thermal break in the doors, we did not have any issues with condensation during the winter months with the heat on inside during construction. We live in Kentucky and winters can be very cold, and we also got a lot of snow. People are constantly driving by the house to look at the doors and we get asked all the time where we got them. Our Architect also loves them and has recommend them to several of his clients. The price point on the doors is also outstanding compared to other companies we looked at. A lot of those companies had price points 2 to 3 times Pinky’s prices. I just had to order additional handles for an accent on the patio doors and the sales representative for the handles, Garrison, again was extremely helpful in differentiating between the styles. I will be ordering a few more interior doors from them, as well!

After going to Pinkys showroom and meeting with their associate Christopher, we ordered beautiful double Dutch steel doors! Christopher answered all of our questions, helped us select the best glass for our door and guided us through the order process! We can’t wait to see the doors installed! Many thanks to Christopher!

We couldn't be happier with our process with PINKYS. They have gorgeous designs and for us, zero lead time since they stock doors in the common size that we needed. The communication throughout the entire process was stellar and when we had an install issue on our end they were exceptionally willing to advise us on how to successfully remedy our issue. I did an owner builder home in Arizona. I went on their website and ordered two matching doors for my new construction. These doors were from their discounted section. I received the doors in a timely manner, well crated, and blemish free. After 8 months, the mechanical operation is perfect and I have had no problems. Thank you for an excellent product. The only minor problem I had was the locket is slightly different from the standard ones. I ordered from their selection and it worked out fine.

The customer service and quality at Pinky’s are unmatched. We ran into a slight snag with our order but Emil was not only accommodating, he went above and beyond to ensure our happiness with our experience and our product. After working with Fleetwood and Milgard our projects for years, and dealing with their terrible customer service and lack luster quality, we have now fully been converted to “Pinky’s only customers”. Big time thank you to Emil for being a wonderful partner and one of the brighter lights in the remodeling experience.

Pinkys did an amazing job, my custom doors exceeded my expectations. The quality, workmanship and service were great!

I purchased three doors from PINKYS, two Air Dutch Single Flat doors and one Getty Single Flat. They are beautiful and solid. However, the two Dutch doors both open out and have issues with the lock strikes. I bought high-end Baldwin door hardware, and when the lock strikes didn't work I had to purchase lock strikes from PINKYS. I was a little bothered by have to pay $10 each for the strike plates after spending almost $3000 for each door, but figured it was worth it to solve my problems. When the lock strikes arrived they were EXACTLY like the Baldwin strikes and didn't work. I contacted PINKYS again and was sent a link to a video telling me how to bend the strikes to solve the problem. I can't believe a company that can manufacture such incredible doors can't fabricate lock strikes that work with those doors. My installer had to make additional modifications and the doors are still having issues. Regarding the Dutch doors, I have also noticed I can see a gap to the outside between the doors. In summary, Getty door quality is 5 stars, Dutch door quality is 4.5 stars, and 2-3 stars for the issue regarding the lock strikes and customer service.
