I do not recommend ProVia Fernwood Natural Cut manufactured stone. IT’S PURPLE WITH HUGE RED SPRAY CAN BLOBS IN THE CENTER OF SOME! Once the stone came in (early 2021), we were told the color had to cure for atleast 9 months. We were in a time crunch and had to have something installed so we used the stones anyway. It’s now been a year and a very nice rep went to look at the stone on the house. He stated that it is truly the color it is suppose to be. He stated there are companies that can come add stain the the stones we don’t like at our cost. Just beware, if you want Fernwood Natural Cut stone, it is PURPLE WITH RED BLOBS OF WHAT APPEARS TO BE A SPRAY CAN SPRAY WITH SPLATTER MARKS.

All around great company with quality products. We especially love their variety of entry and front doors and our clients love them too!
Bennett Contracting, Inc.
We are a contractor dealer of ProVia's windows and doors. Over the past few decades we've dealt with many different manufacturers of windows and doors. However, ProVia is on a different level when it comes to it's quality, customer service and responsiveness. No other manufacturer can compare with the customization and quality of their fiberglass doors. I've taken a tour of their plants and facilities and the thing that separates ProVia seems to be a consistent company culture of doing things the right way and always evolving/improving. For us, it is essential that we work directly with the manufacturer. Every time I call their customer service hotline, you speak with someone and they follow through to resolve the issue. We are very happy to partner with ProVia and look forward to future growth with them.
Contractor bought stone
I would give them zero stars if I could. We ordered Stone and one caller and I came in a completely different color. It came in and was put on our house before we got to see it. The boxes wer labeled incorrectly but the company refuses to try to fix it. They just keep telling us that it’ll lighten up but I want to know how a black stone will lighten up to a light tan stone. They are unwilling to work with us.
I purchased 3 Entry doors, 1 swinging patio door, Provia Cedarmax insulated siding and Aeris Windows to update our home. The difference in heating and cooling the house as well as reducing sound is phenomenal! The installer mismeasured 1 of doors and Provia immediately got another unit built to the right size with a minimal fee to the installer. The installer could return the original one. The customer service was amazing! Best in the Business!
I purchased an exterior door from this company through and installed by another contractor.
I made the mistake of purchasing a Provia fiberglass exterior door last year that was installed by another contractor. In less than one year the door has faded significantly with only getting 3 hours of sun or less per day. This was a top of the line door and very high priced. I contacted the installer multiple times who confirmed the fading. In contacting ProVia about this issue, I spoke to a regional rep, "Tim", and it became evident he was not going to help me. He said the door "looked beautiful" but if you check out the photo you will see noticeable fading on the bottom right of the door. It will need to be replaced within a few years. Tim's lack of professionalism was discouraging for such a high price paid. Beware of this company and its poorly manufactured products.
