From the initial visit to the showroom to the installed front door, Southern Front Doors was so personalized and detailed. When we decided to purchase a new front door, we had no idea that there were so many intricate details to receiving our final product. We were offered the opportunity to choose the shape of the trim, the kind of glass, the size of the glass, the color, the finish and the door handle/lock. From Jesse, the owner, to the production crew, to the installer, there was not one bump in the road. We were kept abreast of each stage of the completion of the door and installation. Southern Front Doors operates business like a well oiled machine! Everyone we came in contact with all took ownership and pride showed in their work.

We were in desperate need of a new front door. We still had the original one from 1985. After a very long search, I decided to go to Southern Front Doors. They were very helpful in helping me make my selection. We just had it installed yesterday and it is BEAUTIFUL!! I will be ordering new patio doors from them soon. Highly recommend!

I spent over $2,000 back in early October for a new front door, and was told it would take about six weeks to manufacture... I was hopeful that we could have it installed before Thanksgiving, but it was not ready in time. Understandable. So on Nov 30th Steve called to schedule my install, but the earliest date he had available was Dec 19th. Of course I wanted it sooner, but at least it would be here in time for our family Christmas party on Fri Dec 21st. YAY... TODAY IS THE DAY AND I'M SUPER EXCITED! So this morning Mike the installer shows up with the door in the back of his truck, but refuses to install it because "it's raining." BUT IT'S NOT RAINING! I went outside to greet them and IT WAS NOT RAINING! I even went and looked up today's weather forecast, and there's only a 15% chance until 3pm today, and then it bumps up to 25%... No deluge is expected, light drizzle later this afternoon at the most. PLUS, we have a covered entry way that is currently completely dry. But since Mike had already made up his mind that he would rather not do it today, he put the door in our garage and left. My husband mentioned he "understood" that Mike didn't want to do the install today, but he did NOT say it was OKAY to postpone. Besides *I* bought and paid for this door myself (not my husband) so Mike really needed to consult with ME regarding the install... nobody else. When Mike left, I called Southern Front Doors and they were of no help since Mike is a contractor and cannot be forced to do the work... And apparently it's too humid to install today. (WHAT? This is HOUSTON... It's ALWAYS HUMID! Good grief.) SFD also refused to do anything else to try to help me get this door installed today. So now I'm stuck with a door in my garage and I'm having to find another independent contractor to do the work before my xmas party on Friday. Grrrrr. Terrible service. I will never do business with SFD again, and I will warn others to avoid them as well.

We purchased an 8 foot door Red Oak with an extra dead bolt and security striker door frame plate. The door was heavy and made of high quality. The door frame and trim was heavy duty and made of high quality including the door. The installers were professional and courteous and did a fantastic job! They even used "Quick Shot' to ensure that any small gaps were sealed, you could hear it expand and seal! They spent much time on quality control and made sure everything was correct and completed. They even suggested items to maintain our door against the sun and day to day scratches. You need to keep these installers, they make your company look even better. The salesman was professional and tended to our every needs even getting the door locks keyed to our existing house key so we could still use only one - awesome! The pricing was fair and reasonable and the door looks rich and beautiful. It is stop heavy and sturdy with the security enhancements to ensure that it would take an army to breakdown our front door! I don't own stock in the company, just a very satisfied customer with the outcome of the project. We will always use Southern Doors and so should you!!

Working with Southern Front Doors was outstanding from start to finish. Seven doors were installed and every one of them exceeded our expectations as far as how great they looked in our house. One door was stained to match existing wood plantation shutters. The owner worked diligently with us to find the perfect color, and the match is perfect. The sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable of their products. The installers were friendly and meticulous in their work. Remodeling in the past was a stressful experience for me; that was not the case with this project and Southern Front Doors.

The entry door we ordered had an arched top and was to installed into an existing opening. Because we had it shipped from Texas to Ohio no field measurements could be taken by Southern Front Door. The packaging prevented any damage during shipping and the door fit perfectly. We will definitely purchase from Southern Front door again. Becky was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
